The idea behind picking horizontal recoil reduction is that vertical recoil is generally easier to control. With most guns vertical recoil goes up, horizontal recoil goes both left and right.

I use a combination of medpack use speed and run speed with regards to the green perks. Hear a lot of people say that the quick turning of the firearm and the speed of changing pose is really good as well for bots. But the way I see it give them vertical recoil reduction coupled with vitality and they become deadly anyway. Also wonder what that golden soldier tuning upgrade will be since they mentioned that now we can stack one perk upon the other. Let's see.

I don't know if you're aware, but did you know? If you pick up an enemy weapon, find an enemy ammo box, you can refill the picked-up weapon's ammo? I picked up a Gewehr 41 as the Soviets on Battle for Moscow, and I managed to refill it to max with an enemy ammo box. Enemy ammo boxes do have a use for people, when you have no ammo for your standard firearms and are in desperate need.

Must pick perks for soldiers in order:
+35% vitality (The best perk in the game, if you don't pick this you are handicapping yourself)
-40% vertical recoil (Any weapon that isn't a BA benefits from this. Better and easier to get than the horizontal one)
+15% sprint speed (only movement related perk worth picking up, works great with stamina recharge)
+100% stamina recharge (best 0 cost perk)
    Optional perks in order:
+12% reload speed (if you have 22 weapon handling)
-25% shot spread quick turning (very useful for weapons taking a long time to settle down aiming)
+20% aim speed (if you cannot get sprint speed get this)
+50% weapon change speed (if you have 2 primaries this is a decent pick)
+12% bolt action fire rate (Can be used for BA snipers)
    Perks you should avoid:
+10% run speed (run speed is actually just your walking speed and have no affect when you actually run/sprint)
+60% crawling and crouch speed (You don't crawl/crouch often, so no need to spend points for this)
+100% stamina (just pick stamina regen, it's better for prolonged fights and costs no perk points)
+100% melee damage (Just use a melee weapon if you so wish, but melee should generally be avoided)
+100% breath hold time (Only takes effect when hard scoping which should be avoided)
+80% aim stability when damaged (expensive and niche, just don't take damage instead)
+50% speed of changing pose (there are far better 0 cost perks)
+50% throwing range (consider how hard it is normally to prevent C4 from bouncing off the tank, now imagine if you threw it with more force...)

And what is your opinion about medpack’s perks

    • @spld3rp1g
      @spld3rp1g Před rokem +1

@@FANNYclNADYN I would not recommend spending points for medpack perks for a few reasons:
      1. If you heal and spend all your bandages, you will not have the chance of being put into a downed state. Meaning instead of getting a second chance and being harder to kill, you will just outright die instead.
2.. Ammo is rather limited in the game so you will more than likely gravitate towards picking the small or large ammo pouch on your soldier, meaning you will only have 1 bandage on you which you need to be able to be put into a downed state.
      3. bandages does not fully heal you, not even with perks.
      4. Dying and respawning is often faster and better than healing yourself up. Instead of spending time healing yourself, go build a rally point for your team and spawn with a full group instead.
      5. bots don't use bandages to heal, they will just die with a full backpack.
      6. healing perks are expensive and most of them would make you unable to get the +35% vitality perk which is a must pick perk for every class (if possible).
      7. Medic class cannot carry a ammo pouch and unfortunately cannot heal themselves with the syringes. Meaning they will most likely just die before being of any use.
      8. Healing others is a waste of time, go kill enemies over bandaging up wounded soldiers. It takes way longer for you to heal 4-5 people than it takes for the enemy to respawn with a full group again.

  • @chrismorgan1996

Well in my case perks are bit more complicated. I do not always chose 35% vitality and recoil reduction even when I have points for that. Really depends on soldier, if is it engineer, rifleman, assaulter etc. and if is it for example rifleman I, II or III and squad itself. So if someone ask me what perk I use I won't be able to answer him. Because I am using each squad differently. For flanking I use assaulter II with sprint speed and extra stamina + stamina regen. For capturing inside the building and bunkers I use assaulter III with medpack usage speed, 35% vitality etc. I guess you get what I want to say.

I mean vitality med usage/sprint and vertical is good for assaulters and machine gunners. I would pick vitality too for flamethrowers and the "flamethrower perk" but if you re playin like enginner you need the "more materials perk" and the increased building speed perk. Then imagine playin as at gunner u really need the reload speed perk and ofc the stamina perk(cause y weight a lot more).
My point is that you wont always need those 3 perks.
ps: shot spread perk is a scam people tha recommend it shoud stop right away, and yeah thx for the video quadro

  • @darthioan
    @darthioan Před rokem

I prefer +200% healing and +100% stamina on my engineers because I can run further and build sneaky rally points, and I can carry 4 medkits to heal up if I get shot while getting to where I want to build that rally point. I also prefer reload speed or bolt action fire rate for all bolt action rifles rather than vertical recoil. For everything else healing speed, running speed, stamina recovery speed, vertical recoil, and vitality.
I do not think building speed is as relevant. Being able to get to the right spot for the rally point is more important than how fast you build stuff.

Vitality is overrated. You shouldn't be going into it with the intent of taking hits in a game like Enlisted with a VERY fast TTK. Will it save you every now and then, sure but with the amount of bolt actions or full autos that just give the second round anyway...its overrated.
Recoil is manageable in this game after a bit of practice ... the recoil perks are unnecessary once you get the feel.
My main go to perk setup is simple ...
    Stamina Regeneration
    100% Stamina
Reload Speed (Replace with Build Speed for Engineers)
ADS Speed (Replace with 20% Mortar / Fuel for Mortar / Flamethrowers) (Replace with Build Resources for Engineers)
15/25% Shot Spread Quick Turn Recovery
    I prioritize the following:
    Rifleman I
    Engineer II
    Assaulter II
    Machine Gunner II
    Mortarman I
    Flamethrower I
    AT Gunner I
Advantage: Never had to worry about the max perks
I only use flasks on troops that are carrying something heavy such as an AT Rifle / Launcher or MG. remember you can't sprint or swim underwater while drinking ... better to just be able to go and run all day long.
