There is a reason behind protein powder does not suit many people as protein powder contain only protein for that load to gut flora increases in order to digest protein which is large amount of protein for body as compared to when its proportion somewhat is reduced with proportion of carbs ..thats why if want to prefer protein but does not suit you but still want your body to utilise than add phsylum husk which is fiber .

Well we totally can, all we need to do is consume much more dairy while simultaneously train our bodies in gyms in order to turn it into the kind of body that's capable of synthesising the protein we get from dairy products, or else even a meat eater would remain looking skinny fat and flush out all the valueable protein his/her body would have had absorbed otherwise if he/she doesn't work out, the key here is to make the body crave the protein we're giving it after tiring it, which it would not do if it sat in chair all day.

My runtime and fatigue started much early when I was eating a vegetarian diet. I had brittle hair and extreme dryness that led to whitening and falling of hair. When I started eating meat all of these issues vanished. Everybody is different, that being said, taking care of the environment is also an aim. We need to tread a middle path.

There are numerous variety of soy beans, at least 12 varieties of Rajma, Black Rajmas in Uttarakhand alone. There is a whole range of lentils which are extremely high in proteins. I think there needs to be more awareness on the variety of vegetarian sources of proteins that one can intake in India.

You can easily have a robust body being a vegan. You just need to eat a lot of natural food and juices. Stuff like corn tortillas, sautéed tofu and vegetables in olive oil, and pasta with tomato sauce. You might be a little obese due to the carbs, but you will look and feel good. The biggest secret is to be on simple sugars till lunch to ensure regular digestion. You don’t need milk for protein. Instead of focusing on protein, focus on olive oil. Some candy is good too in keeping your brain glucose up.

Bruh protein is the only macro nutritient which is MUST, because it is used to build tissues, hair, nails and muscles!

    • @drsiva931
      @drsiva931 Před rokem

@@spellcheck5393 That's true according to medical textbooks, but that is not the case in real life. What matters more is good digestion, and that comes mainly from olive oil and juices and simple sugars. More than protein, you need healthy monounsaturated fats. You will get about 50 grams of protein a day on a vegan diet anyways, which is what the WHO recommends. The body actually falls apart when there is too much protein, especially the kidneys. Virtually no one gets "too little" protein. All you need is a couple of heads of broccoli a month to get enough protein, provided you take in natural vegan foods. I don't see how a vegan who takes in 3,000 calories a day and gets 50 grams of protein will have a body that falls apart compared to an omnivore who eats the same 3,000 calories and gets 150 grams of protein.

There are tons of variety in plants and food. If you are giving just three food groups for any athlete or normal person then you probably don't know much.
And 2 months really? You are modifying your diet, 2 months it takes just to adapt.
Some degree of inconvenience in certain places, especially rural areas on getting few plant foods make sense. But besides that especially in cities it's not at all a problem. And for heaven's sake, lotta people who lift don't even train hard, forget about those who don't lift at all being advised all these!
Not to forget too much leucine is also cancer promoting. Yes leucine is more is animal protein but it has it's own impact.

I am an eggitarian now after 30 years of being non veg and as much as I have experienced if your goal is hardcore muscle building with ripped physique and you want to do it in vegetarian form then it will close to impossible just because of the less protein and complete amino acid availability in vegetarian food.

I agree I've been a vegetarian for 18 years of my life and wasn't building muscles even after workouts now I've started consuming boiled eggs and it's really helpful to me.
Soya vadi, unsweetened milk powder, whey protein are some great sources of protein too if you are vegetarian.

True, being non veg helps you a lot towards lean muscle building in comparison to vegan protein diet, Westerners are already tall strong even without going to gym naturally due to their meat centric diet

Yes meat diet is helpful for lean muscle and vegetarians find a little bit harder but it's easily achievable if u follow a good diet
And many foreigner build muscle on vegan diet not because of their meat eating genetics😂🤣

Paneer needs to be taken moderately, especially if you have high cholesterol. Another thing you need to worry about is the source of the Paneer, organic milk or chemical blasted milk.
Paneer being sold in the market if coming from non organic sources can lead to prostrate cancer. I stopped consuming milk living in the USA. The milk is such here that it does not go bad for months. God knows what preservatives are added to the foods here.

Everything is not about muscles or appearing muscular. You can build good physical strength just with Vegan diet. Also its a myth that Whey protein is good for all. That much protien causes lot of liver, kidney issues.
Also it is not a guarantee that if you have meat, you will be muscular. Cos most obese people are meat eaters which shows that protein/vitamin absorbtion is more important. Not source of protien.
