Omg you’re angel! I was so confused on how to make it because I thought everyone was cutting through the tape!
I've been seeing these for years and always wanted a good tutorial. This one is amazing and I'm totally making this for mother's day
Soooo cool Julie!!! Tfs and taking the time to simplify the process! HUGE THANKS FOR THAT 🙌😄I like the pictures and the patterns. Both are really cool.
An amazing idea. Thanks for the clear instructions, and the time you spent for helping us!
Very cute and your instructions are very clear. Thanks!
OMG thank you so much. I was following the other video, but yours is so much better. I love how you walk us through each part and show us the different cuts we have to make. Very clear and easy-to-follow!
How fun! Thanks for sharing. Definitely going to make these for the grands.

wow, glad you could figure the instructions out. thanks another wow, great idea
Hahaha "DO NOT CUT THE TAPE". Seriously though thank you for the great explanation on how to do this right. I'm making one for my 6 year old daughter with pictures of her with her mom and I. I'm sure she's gonna love it!
The Best Tutorial I've found. Nailed it!
Thanks!
Love this so much! Thank you Julie!
How could something so magical be so easy? Fantastic video - simple instructions and great explanations! Can't wait to try this! Thanks! 💖
Super cool!!! Can’t wait to make a project with this awesome idea. Thanks. Your channel always has inspiring cool ideas to spark the creativity within.
So - in metric, the photos are 7cm x 7cm (4 off) and 14cm x 7cm (4 off). I inserted my images into MS Word then I used the 'crop' feature (Picture Format Toolbar) with the above measurements, then I placed the crop box to suit the images. After placing them all on 2 pages, I converted the Word doc to a PDF (for easier printing with no crazy formatting) then I printed them on A4 page labels (ie the whole A4 page is one big label), but T really think normal 80gsm paper would be suffice (as Julie says in the vid). I still used PVA glue to stick them down (especially the corners), but I found if you make the images slightly less like 6.98cm and 13.98cm the corners don't pull up after each turn. It pays to let the glue dry on each photo first, and applying pressure (esp on the corners), before cutting too.
Giving this to my boyfriend for our six month anniversary today...hope he'll like it! Also, I used photos on regular photo print and glue obviously and while it didn't flip as easily, it still worked. It wasn't exactly a disaster as she described it, but it could've gone better. Great video though!
Rory Harper what size photos did you use ?
Tamar Smith use four 2x2 photos & four 4x2 photos. you can just upload your photos on a google doc & click on the photo and click “image options” then click “size and rotation” and in the size type the dimensions. that way you can print them through your printer on paper
Y’all still together?
Turned out really nice and it was so much fun! Thanks.
That is such a great idea! Thanks for sharing.

I used white glue & it seemed to worked. But with time the paper is coming off. Can we use mod podge to seal the pictures?
Plz help its urgent
Doing this for my girlfriend and could NOT have done this without you. Thank you!
thats so funny that you made this because of five minute crafts because I got here due to them aswell. I made an origami version of these when I was like 9 and I am excited that I am inspired to make a flipping cube for my boyfriend for either christmas or our one year coming up in February. :)
Cool girl!! Finally got this "super-easy" never well-told funny cube. I was almost feeling stupid after 6 tries. Thanks...a lot!

Thanks!
You to
Amazing photo cube!!
Thanks!
OMG!! ..After trawling for "Decent" How To Video's, I came across yours ... Thank you Thank you Thank you. Your video is by far the best video on CZcams, [As Far As I'm Concerned, Anyway] .. I can't Thank you enough for just how easy you made it look, I really can see myself attempting this now. I really had no clue a few minutes ago & I was just about to give up. This was the last one that I was going to watch, as it turns out, it's the only one I should have watched in the first place, I dont need to start looking any where else, coz it's HERE!! ... YYYIIIPPPPEEEEEEEE!!!
How freaking easy! I went and got the cube and was so excited that I wanted to get the hinges done. It took me about 10 mins..and that’s only cause I didn’t follow directions in the beginning 😂😂 now I’m going to bed. Will put the pictures on tomorrow. Great tutorial!!
Glad I could help!
This was SO much easier to follow than the Pinterest one 👏🏼
Cool!!
Would you suggest using decoupage over the pictures to prevent wear and tear on the photos over time?
very clear instructions. I got it right the very first time, unless you count all the rewinds before I let it end ;-)
Cool!
I am currently tearing my hair out hahah...love this, your tutorial is great Julie (apart from missing out one step...but it’s obvious once we get in to the making it.x) but for me it’s getting the photographs the right size lol...I’m back and forth from word and pictures trying to size them...but I WILL GET THERE lol...thank you so much.x
What is the step you think is missing?
Balzer Designs Maybe how to get the pictures the right size?
Great!!
Thanks :-)
Love this. ❤ How many photos did you use? Thanks for sharing this!
this is so awesome! I can't wait to make my version...(don't cut thru the tape...don't cut thru the tape)
I tryed it it was a mazing
I cut the tape. 😬 Will do better tomorrow. Your tutorial is excellent though and I love the xyron machine. Thank you. 😊
Thanks
Thanks for this explanatory video.. I could do it without cutting the tapes in first time 😊
On what paper should I print the photos? Maybe an Amazon or an eBay link for the product?
Well done! Thank you. This is the first one I fully understand. Have you ever sealed each individual edge/surface with something like ModPodge to keep the edges from coming up with use?
I don't use Mod Podge. If you want to use a sealer try Matte Medium: amzn.to/2B44guc
Balzer Designs I was going to ask the same thing. Is there a reason you don’t use ModPodge? Or is it just preference?
Hello, may I k ow what kind of wood did you use for the cubes? Thank you
