    In this class, we will work in the hips and pelvis area to make space to open those tight stiff muscles and joints, so crucial for our spinal mobility and overall flexibility.
    Due to often sitting so much or for long periods, release in these areas creates much-needed relief for lower back tightness.

    Thank you so much Kathy. I was born with bilaterally dislocated hips and this practice gives me the most wonderful physical and emotional release. I am thankful there are people like yourself dedicated to this special art, open and willing to share it with us.

      Dear Marie Fernandes, happy to hear of your good experience. Always there should be a guide to your sequence that will enhance your practice and add to your well being.
      Listen to your body, what it wants and needs. And sometimes it needs exactly what the mind says it does not need. Pay attention to how you feel afterwards to see your experience. Then you know where you stand.
