Police in New York City say 10 people were arrested amid a brawl in a historic Brooklyn synagogue on Monday, after the discovery of a secret tunnel prompted authorities to intervene.

That's not just any Synagogue...it's one of the most influential Synagogues in the world. Top jews of the world go there. It's kinda like a Vatican of Judaism...related to the famed late "Rebbi", who was close to many top politicians & financiers the world over.
Seems that they have epstein activities there too
It's the second holiest site to Chabad-Lubavitch. The first being the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. It's not so special to other hassidic sects, and completely meaningless to non-hassidic Jews.
Hassidic Jews of every section have cults of personality built around their rebbes. Chabad-Lubavitch takes this to the next level. They believe their rebbe is the messiah. Having known several, I still don't get what is so special about that rebbe or any other.
Politicians with large hassidic populations in their district want to get in good with the rebbe of the particular sect, cause his congregation votes in unison. Even more so with a group as large as Chabad who think their rebbe is God's appointed messiah.
