Awesome design, well done. I love that there is no loft.
This is one of most well designed tiny houses I’ve ever seen!! Great job!
You said tiny house so it is meant to be like that! Beautiful and is done very well!
Love doorbell idea, smart!!!
Bunk beds are taking the room of the washer dryer setup. Well done!
Best little tiny house I have seen on youtube yet
Love the cosy wall and table!
Absolutely Awesome ! Thanks for the tour!
Great use of space, nicest I’ve seen
Love your design great use of space the bathroom is awesome. Thanks for showing dry flush I have always wanted to see how it worked. This is going in my fav file
This tiny house made sense and I liked the bunk beds. I don't like tiny houses with lofts you can't stand up in.
Love this, for 170 sq ft it looks really livable Awesome job 👍🏻👏🏻
Cost around 20
Literally my favorite tiny home minus the bunk beds.
Love your house, very unique design.
Thanks so much!
Storage?? Closets??
Very 😎 cool👌🏼
I am so impressed with your bill
Loved everything except that toilet !!
Watch that thing three times. couldn't get over it. How would you keep that clean?
This has inspired my project! thanks!
I would have a fold-out couch to sleep on so I would not have to have the bunk beds in the kitchen. Also I would install a washer. Ceiling fans and an AC would be awesome.
great home
I've always wondered exactly how the dry flush toilets worked. thank you for showing us that. I must say, I do believe that is exactly the option I would choose.
so the waste is all wrapped up. does one then reach down and take out the silver bag?
Tari Akpodiete go watch other videos that demonstrate how this dry toilet works. The sealed Mylar bags are contained within a black garbage bag. You dispose of the black garbage bag once all the mylar bags are used. You take the seat off you pull the black garbage bag out and you put a new cartridge in.
interesting
Love this tiny
Love it!
i'd rather have a couch of some sort that could convert instead of the bunk beds. plus storage underneath.
did anyone notice no loft? a good no loft solution is what many are looking for, especially older folks.
wonder what the size of the trailer is.
as to to the dry flush toilet > so the waste is all wrapped up. does one then reach down and take out the silver bag?
LOVE that bathtub. where did you get it?
Very nice.
Very nice,love it💜
Very nice!
Very nice
Perfect! 👍👋👏
Magnificent.
Thanks bud
Great layout! Workmanship looks really good. Nice design and aesthetically pleasing 👍🏻👍🏻 did you build this yourself?
I did. Took me a year about. Thanks for the nice comments!
Ryan Blake fantastic job!!! Kudos!!!
Electronic dead bolt gives me the HEEBY gebbes
wow love it
Awesome
Love it
l can imagine that for sure.....so true...even my closet in a flat is difficult to decide on lol
From what I can tell it looks pretty nice. I would’ve set it up different because I have different needs. Got to slow down with the camera and pan out a little bit next time if you want us to have a good view. Nice job on the house though.
I'll take the accent wall and the toilet!
Hi, nice work!! what is the height, width and lenght? How much did it cost you to build it? how much was that toilet?
LUV it
Can you please explain how you managed the roof overhang? It looks like it goes out past 8ft6in, the legal limit, so is it detachable? I would be incredibly greatful if you could take your time to answer me as I'm planing my own build and this has always perplexed me. Great build, it's looks amazing and it's cool you have managed to make this work for a family with kids. Thanks! :):)
Wow! Great design for an off grid, but I would have put up the bunk beds in the separate room and the masters bed/sofa in the kitchen instead and only one TV in the kitchen. ;)
Hi! I like your tiny home a bunch. I want to know where you find that bunk bed. It's a very practical one. Thank you.
I’ll have to look for you . It’s from a RV toy hauler. It is surprisingly comfortable.
Did you realize that you showed your entry code to the front door? I hope you changed the code after you posted this video.
Between the wood stove and the cook top. You are going to cook the tv for dinner😂😁otherwise cute
how much does it weigh? what size trailer? Looks Amazing!
The toilet is terrifying.
This looks amazing! I would love to have one. How much does it cost?
Costs 32-40k depending on the options
Wow Wow 👏Gorgeous! I was wondering is there anyway to get the blueprint for the house? If so much would it cost?
Love this layout so much; great job!! What are the dimensions?
Where do you store your clothes and stuff ?
I love it, is it for sale and if so, how much?
Hello are you still building these ? Just luv it !! Ia this a 20 or 24 foot ???
Hi, great job on the tiny house. What AC/heater combo did you use? I saw it was exterior installed with 12k BTU. Thanks, Chris
Where do u store clothing?
Was designed not to be lived in but was made as a VRBO type of situation. Sure it could be modified.
I love this tiny house, the bathroom is wonderful but in such small space "I would not have the bunk bed"
But they have to for there children.
I’m really interested in a tiny house
Were did you buy it and how much?
💞💞💞
How did figure out trailer and weight?? What type of trailer do you have??
Where are the bunk beds from? And the booth seat?
The camera work could have been better. I would recommend that you move the camera around the house to show the full layout before you explain each part so that the audience can a have full-image visualisation in their minds before they see each individual part.
That and the lip smacking was gross.
Susie Winters lol-i hadn't noticed until you said something!
What was the overall cost?
What’s the brand name of your wood burning stove?
Pip squeak
8:54 do they have enough soaps & shampoos? : )
I know right!
(sarcastic) its a smart tiny home, because it has smart "door lock, and door bell"
Smart because it takes power from 8 solar panels determines whether to charge batteries or feedback to the grid. Then also inverts 24volt it to 110v so it can be used by a user at a standard plug outlet. Also because through a wireless network it allows the user to check on the home and see its exact power usage and how much power the grid has been credited through optics RE net metering. Also because the plumbing is heated and thermostatically controlled to heat pipes as needed. So when I say it’s a smart home I mean it. There are also a lot of other cool smart features I didn’t mention. Thanks for your positive comment!
he spoke of AC but didnt show it.....why is it behind & under the large bed
imagine the humid feeling in the shower,
Nice.!! Can a minivan pull it.??
Not this version. But one could be crafted. This one is heavy steel and wood construction this was made like a tank. Built on a cellular tower trailer.
Ryan Blake thanks 💘 it..I would love to have one I could pull.!!!
720 square feet house house plan
Guest bedroom LOL
stairs are wider than the bed???
Video is very hard to watch (shaky, all over the place, too close angles) and makes it hard to see the full scope of the house design-- house, from what I can see looks beautiful.
Wood burning stove heater is a fireplace LOL
This house will be on HGTV in 2018!
1. WHAT WAS THE COST OF YOUR TINY, YOU MADE EVERY INCH COUNTS, THE BUNK BED REALLY KOOL, THE TV , WAS TO CLOSE TO COOKING.. WHERE IS THE SHOWER, TOILET WAS SUPER KOOL...OVER VERY KOOL DESIGNED..
I think you had good intentions, but that must be the smallest fridge/freezer I've ever seen. Not sure why you wouldn't use a counter height model for more usable space. Also, between the woodstove and the burner, that TV isn't going to last long. If it's fully off grid, where is the water stored? And collected? Very impressive solar system though.
This was designed for a VRBO that’s why the small Frig and no closet
Bien, pero la recamara principal con muchas ventanas. Too much windows at the master bedroom.
dont need apology for going fast.
sorry for sloppy filming & not doing demo on bunks
fire close to TV, fire close to cooktop???.....bad.......love the wood wall very much
Master bedroom LOL
I would want an oven.
Oops! I see the convection oven
unable to see tv from couch?.....a microwave above my head on a shelf, nooooo
Placement of each part of the tiny house takes a lot of planning and forthought. Sometime you can’t put stuff exactly where you want it because plumbing and electrical have to go somewhere. Once you build one you will understand. Every single wall is fillied with some sort of plumbing, electrical , mechanical or structural support that prohibits you from doing exactly what you want to do even with perfect planing . Thanks for the comments. Would love to hear about your tiny house build too?
What's the dimensions? 8 x ? 😊
A Very nice home. But I don't think the wood burning stove is in a good location .
CO2 is heavier than O2 , detector should be down near floor
backwards arrangement
The constant tongue clicking is annoying
Really poor camerawork, bunk beds in kitchen area permanently? No thank you.
They aren’t permanent actually. They fold flat against the wall. Or They can be removed. Thanks for your positive comments!
His camerawork is perfectly fine, and the bunk beds are not Permanent. They can easily fold flat against the wall. Next time, check your facts before you state them, and be positive.
His words "It's pretty awesome. It's REALLY easy. It only takes like 10 seconds"
Mya Wisegurl His camerawork was not fine, in my opinion. I don't write negatively just for the sake of it. It was disappointing not to see a better filming. Also, I put a question mark to indicate a question. This is still standard in English I believe.
"It was disappointing to not see a better filming" How does that make sense in your tiny, tiny brain?
hate those dryflush, waste of materials, and I doubt anyone unfolds all the poo from the foils = it will never go back to nature...
TERRIBLY FAST CAMERA WORK. MAKES ONE DIZZY. SLOW DOWN. FRIDGE IS WAY TO SMALL. WHERE IS WASHER/DRYER? WHERE IS LIVING ROOM? WHO WANTS BUNK BEDS ACROSS FROM KITCHEN SINK? MAKES NO SENSE.
I'll pass not feeling this one.
could not watch it he kept saying UM very annoying
My apologies, I am not a fan. Bunk beds in a kitchen. No storage at all for even clothes. Main bedroom does not have a normal bed. A little constructive criticism when you are presenting refrain from making that snacking sound with your mouth. You many not realize it but you did it constantly.
