It really is pretty crazy though how well that all works as a jab at Budden, especially considering what he was saying about Budden being a "yes man." I mean it seems odd Eminem would take a shot at someone for praising him too much, especially only to go in on them as soon as they do criticize him, but if that were the case that whole scheme would make perfect sense.
It wasn't what Joe said, it was how he said it, EM said its fine fine if he didn't like it, but the disrespect he showed, EM wouldn't do that to any of his boys.
Having somebody’s back isn’t being a yes man. Joe is a lyrical beast, but he felt some type of way in slaughterhouse and felt that he was better than everybody and wasn’t getting his. Then after they had their falling out Joe started talking a lot of smack about his revival album and said songs were trash just based on the name of the song and who the feature was.
Production wise Revival wasn’t good... but lyrically it was pretty damn great.

Well the whole thing with joe was that he was accusing members of slaughterhouse for being "mesmerized" by em and always defending him, which is ironic. They even removed all the everyday struggle videos of joe dickriding for em. He's also done more than just trash one song, did you forget about the whole "IVE BEEN BETTER THAN YOU EM" and accused him of a lot more than just putting out a bad song.
