Em is a lyrical monster, a GOAT, for sure. But his flow and cadence is on another level, the way he can ride a beat, i havent seen that level of skill since Biggie.
But Em takes it a step further. Em sometimes goes off beat on purpose, then a few bars later he hops back on beat but harder then he was. Its crazy.

If you do go through with listening to the album many tracks will challenge your opinion on If you like Marsh the best though i agree its one of the best tracks on the album. During that second verse where em said “if your still looking for smoke, i already gave you an L, i’d rather just see you in hell, but i should get puff on the joint” he was saying a lot especially to MGK, using a smoking rhyme scheme while also talking shit, then running his bars back shorter to talk more shit to mgk while the bars sound similar xD. If your still looking for smoke (a problem, or something to smoke) i already gave you an L (L in a rap beef, or L as in something to literally smoke) i’d rather just see you in hell (more shit talk, then also in hell/inhale) but i should get puff on a joint (So he should get puff diddy on this track and sit mgk’s ass down, then continuing with the smoking scheme, puff/joint, then also i should get puff on a joint and relax) then he said “wait run it back, i said give you an L, inhale, puff on the joint, i am the blunt to avoid (so hes saying he gave you an L, so inhale with it, puff on the joint, and relax because your not smoking me) then the way he said “puff on the joint” when he ran it back, he also was saying he is like mgk’s boss on the joint so he is the blunt to avoid, likening Puff to a blunt again as if his name was Blunt Diddy.
