  • This simple triple jump drill for beginners will help you nail the proper timing for the event. All you need is a few hula hoops.
    This is my favorite drill from way back when I was just learning the event, and it's easily scaleable for more experienced athletes as well.

      Any size hoop is fine as long as it’s big enough for their foot to land in the middle without stepping on it
