After going through 4 bottom fill humidifiers several years ago, I finally found this Elechomes, with removal water bucket, top fill humidifier. It has not failed me after 4 years. I just have to pickup the water bucket, take to my kitchen and refill every day or so. Plus an occasional cleaning will keep it working great.

Thank You so much for mentioning the aromatherapy and showing where to put the drops! Ive looked at alot of videos and none showed where to put the essential oil. The residents where I work are getting colds and this worked great in the past with some eucalyptus but I wasn't the one who turned it on etc...

Hello! Thanks for posting this video. I was wondering if you knew about the water filter set-up - does the product come with one already installed, and can you get new ones? Or is the replacement filter only needed if you want to use essential oils?

The essential oil filter is basically a felt pad. It does come with one replacement but if you need more you can just cut out one from a piece of dense felt.
I am always torn over this. Plants love humidity but I always have loved deserts!!!🌿🌿🌿

does this make your floors wet? i have a honeywell currently that works fine and does not make my floors wet at all. i have wood floors and i don't want this to mess up my flooring if it just wets the floor.
Tiffany Tram I haven’t had any issues with build up moisture when using this. I also don’t set the humidity level any higher than 65%. Humidity levels higher than that that’s where you’ll start to see moisture build up in the area which is not good.
The mist stop coming out on our elechomes. Basically i turn it on and set the humidity level. After some time the mist eventually stops coming out. We have newly purchased ours and i was wondering if this is normal.
When this happens it’s mainly due to deposit buildup in the system. Refer to the manual on how to clean and maintain the unit. If you are using it daily a biweekly cleaning will be beneficial to keep your humidifier working as normal.

I bought 2 black ones, one works amazing no problems at all what do ever but the other one keeps showing me code 002 😭 no idea as to why I’ve sent 4 back to amazon & re sent me a new one but no luck like my other one. It’s a good humidifier too, such a bummer tho!

There's only one cool mist setting. The top right button controls the amount of water vapor that comes out of the machine. Thanks for the vid

It does have a cool mist and warm mist setting. So you can switch from either setting. The cool mist setting does cool the area a little.
Can I use filtered water and since you had it have you had any issues
Yes, you can use filtered water. Keeping up with regular cleaning of the unit really helps keep it running well!

💕🌿 does it have a silver plate that you have to clean weekly?
Mary Chang Inside the humidifier the reservoir water tank that is easily removable for cleaning and also an air channel tube that detaches do you can clean that as well. There isn’t any silver plate on this unit but cleaning and maintenance on it has been pretty easy .
Have you had mold issues in your house? I’m worried about mold if I keep it on on year round.
araigot1 I haven’t had any issue. I do have the timer set so that it doesn’t run all hours and I never have the humidity any higher then 65%. I run this almost every day the plants enjoy it and no mold issues for me

Could you explain to me why this company only has an email and not a toll free number like levoit they want you to pay an 100 dollars for their product but give you only an email for support this puzzles me because it just doesn't stand up
I can't explain as to why they don't have a toll free number but it's not uncommon for companies to only provide email support.
