    Incredibly Tasty Homemade Apple Jam (EASY)
    切好的苹果650g
    Diced apples 650g
    糖 80g
    Sugar 80g
    柠檬汁适量
    Lemon juice, as needed
    温水适量(约100克,不可太多,避免熬煮时间过长)
    Warm water, as needed (a100g)
    黄油 10g
    Butter 10g
    肉桂适量
    Cinnamon, as needed
    苹果去皮切块
    Peel and dice apples
    放入电饭煲,加糖和柠檬汁,倒入温水搅拌均匀,电饭煲开煮饭模式
    Place in pressure (rice) cooker, add sugar and lemon juice, add warm water and stir well, put rice cooker on cook
    煮好的苹果倒入厚底的锅,开大火边搅拌边煮
    Pour cooked apples into large pan with thick base, stir on high & boil further
    锅里水份快熬干的时候(约8分钟),放入黄油,中大火继续翻炒
    Add butter when pan is nearly dry (around 8 mins), continue to stir on medium-high
    翻炒至粘稠关火(全程约20分钟),根据个人喜好,撒入适量肉桂粉拌匀
    Stir until sticky (around 20 mins), turn stove off; add cinnamon as needed
    装入密封罐子,放冰箱冷藏保存一周。放保鲜袋密封冷冻保存三个月。
    Store in airtight jar, keeps for a week in fridge. Keeps for 3 months if sealed in ziplock and placed in freezer!
