I've been looking at buying some of the same stuff. I've never used it so I'm not sure what went wrong but I'm guessing either your mix ratios of parts A & B weren't equal or it wasn't cured long enough. I think it can take quite some time to fully cure, even warm. I think if I buy some and try it, I will be using a scale to measure parts A & B.
The customer service was really good and eventually everything worked out and the patch is still holding like a year later. The company said that occasionally they get a bad batch that doesn’t cure right and that mixture needed to be within 20% of each other.
