Lol mfs got me
When I worked in solar, people with leaky roofs would sign up for estimates and try to make claims we damaged roof
I work in insurance and can confirm; solar installers damaged 2 roofs I inspected last summer. Not the installer's fault the roof was damaged; salesman's fault for telling them their 30 year old roofs could withstand all those people up and equipment up there. The installers destroyed ALL the ridges and just caulked the cracks. Like it was awful, not just little cracks. Lasted 1 year, the next year the caulk wore down and water damage all throughout the house.
Anyway, in my opinion, the installers and salesman shouldn't have approved the roof to be worked on. But probably just wanted that $$$.

The roof you showed at the end is an organic shingle. It was outlawed and removed from the market after a class action lawsuit. Dont let those animals try to do you like that.
This! No way that would happen on shingle and if you showed up 2 weeks later and it obviously didn't look like that 2 weeks ago then something is very very wrong with the shingles or the cleaner. You're obviously a cleaner and know that would not normally happen, even being overconcentrated. I worked with caustic acid cleaning hoods and I can literally see in the roofing material that the batch was so potent it melted the roofing material. At first he’s walking on it, then it’s melted, discolored, and brittle. You’re a joke dude. Learn how the acid works… I wouldn’t be surprised if you killed his whole lawn too. especially on roofing material you guys should be smarter. You don’t need a lot! An even mid potent spray 1 layer is good enough. Just mist it multiple times to keep reactivating the chemical after it heats up and evaporated the water that activates it. Yk how it gets hot when you mix water. Yeah. You don’t need more caustic acid. You need more water after it evaporates bruh. I’ve used month old soaking wet caustic acid before. IT STILL WORKED. Ppl who say it doesn’t, don’t use it properly.
