  • Star Wars is one of the most beloved movie franchises in history. People all over the world have watched and rewatched the films, discussing all of the nuances and debating who is the good guy and who is the bad guy. But what if I told you that the Sith were right all along and the Jedi are actually the villains?
In this video, I will explore the possibility that the Sith were right all along and the Jedi are actually the villains of Star Wars. Through this lens, we can see many of the plot points in a new light. For example, why did Anakin Skywalker turn to the dark side? Because he was betrayed by the Jedi. And why did the Empire want to destroy the Jedi? Because they posed a threat to the Sith's power.
I also discuss how the Star Wars saga could have ended very differently if the Sith had won. The Jedi would have been wiped out, and the Empire would have ruled the galaxy with an iron fist. This may not be a happy ending, but it is a much more believable one than the one we got.
So, what do you think? Are the Sith right, or are the Jedi the good guys after all? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for watching!
The Sith were right all along! At least, that's what I'm starting to believe after watching the latest season of Star Wars. In case you're not caught up, let me explain: The Mandalorians have been a thorn in the side of the Jedi and the Republic for generations. They're a warrior race who love nothing more than a good fight. And they're really, REALLY good at it.
So good, in fact, that the Jedi have been unable to defeat them. Time and time again, the Mandalorians have proven themselves to be a formidable opponent. This was true during the Clone Wars, and it's still true today. In fact, the latest season of Star Wars has shown us that the Mandalorians are now led by a woman named Satine Kryze

When it comes to Star Wars, there are two main sides: the Jedi and the Sith. The Jedi are seen as the heroes of Star Wars, while the Sith are seen as the villains. But what if the Sith were right all along and the Jedi are actually the villains? Through this lens, we can see many of the plot points in a new light.
For example, consider the scene where Anakin Skywalker kills Count Dooku. In the Jedi version of the story, Anakin is seen as a hero for killing Dooku, who was a powerful Sith Lord. But in the Sith version of the story, Anakin is seen as a villain for killing Dooku, who was a powerful Jedi Knight.
Another example is the scene where Luke Skywalker defeats Darth Vader. In the Jedi version of the story, Luke is seen as a hero for defeating Darth Vader, who was the most powerful Sith Lord in the galaxy. But in the Sith version of the story, Luke is seen as a villain for defeating Darth Vader, who was the most powerful Jedi Knight in the galaxy.
So which version is right? The answer is neither. The real heroes of Star Wars are the rebels, who fight against both the Jedi and the Sith. The Jedi and the Sith are two sides of the same coin, and they are both villains in the Star Wars saga. Thanks for watching!

If that the case & if your sole purpose of making this presentation vid (in which I sincerely hope sci-fi & fantasy you're not), is to complain about the film don't have enough of intellectual-normalcy, logic & science, than don't watch sci-fi & fantasy especially Star Wars, go find & watch a scientific documentary somewhere else at theatrical genetic; if you're looking for watching a film that centered around a normies’ logic & science than you're barking up the wrong theatrical-genetic tree; that tree is for those who want go to another world & have fun.
This is why I hate these intellectuals & normie-minded skeptics, especially the ones who self-proclaimed themselves as "professionals at that sort of field of intellectualization & skepticism"… they think they know everything & play-act like they're smarter than everyone else that most of the time, that only their opinion of what they deemed as facts only matters; most, if not just simply just ‘they as a whole’ are just too closely-enough related to SJWs & the average trolls, they just thrive on finding something to criticized, demeaned, complain about form for intellectual importance something just for have some excuse to shoot their mouths off, particularly works that have to do with sci-fi & fantasy, especially works like Star Wars! Again, I sincerely hope that you're not one of those sorts that I find that you're pretty much come off as!
(To be fair, there're some parts in this presentation vid, such as what you say about the nature of the Force as a some form of a self-absorbed, pity, & cruel Star Wars' God-force a.k.a. • @Verebazs
      @Verebazs Před 7 měsíci +11

Facepalm. The Jedi being hypocrites is NOT a problem with the "Light side", it's a problem with the Jedi failing to live-up to their ideals. First of all there's no such thing as "Light side". The one and only time anything coming from George Lucas (aka anything canon) ever talked about a Light side, was the Mortis-trilogy of The Clone Wars, and the goal of that arc was specifically to debunk this idiotic Yin-Yang interpretation, that the stupid*ss EU invented, and then Disney solidified. Balance doesn't mean equal amounts of Light and Dark, because the Dark always seeks to overthrow the Balance.
Balance means living in harmony, because the Force is generated by life, and thus it wants life to grow, which is only possible if all lifeforms live together in harmony. The Dark side is when some of these lifeforms try to controll all other for their own selfish benefitt. It's a tumour that takes without giving, until it kills it's host and with it, itself. George Lucas himself said this.
The Jedi are supposed to serve the Will of the Force. Their duty is supposed to be protecting all lives, and guiding the Galaxy on a path where all can live together in harmony. It's a metaphor for serving God, and that is again someting that came from Lucas drectly.
And that's why, there's no such thing as Revan's idiotic "just use of both". You either surrender yourself to God's will, work hard and eventually thrive and help others to thrive, or you can chase your own selfish desires, and ruin yourself and other's around you in the process.
The problem with the Jedi in the prequel era was that they stopped serving the Will of the Force, and submitted themselves to the Galactic Senate instead. They compromised to keep themselves accountable. Unfortunately this made them powerless against the corruption taking roots within the organisation, because the Senate on the other hand was not held accountable by anyone. This compromise with corruption was what ultimately led to the Jedi's downfall.

  • @MizanQistina

In the prequel and Clone Wars era, the Sith with their plan only use droids and clones in the war, it doesn't mean anything actually. Yes the clones are living being but they're clones, grown in lab, their death means nothing, they're not real living being only a replication of the host. The fact that Jedi approved the use of the clones is questionable. Their adversary are droids, non-living mechanical army. By means, of course it is an orchestrated war by The Sith, but it proved that the Jedi is in the wrong by approving the use of clones and leading the clones into war. The Sith in their plan actually minimized real casualties of war, one who're died and destroyed are clones and droids. The war is just to troll the Jedi. If The Sith are really evil, they could just use the droids to conquer the Republic and kill real population, because the Republic have no army. The way The Sith gaining power and creating Galactic Empire is by saving real living being, sacrifice the droids and clones, exposing the corruption of the Republic and the hypocrisy of the Jedi.

Now that I'm thinking about it. You do have an actually really good point about the Sith being able to just wipe out the entirety of the Republic with the Battle Droids and the Droid Army from Geonosis & funded by the Banking Clan. Lord Sidious and Darth Maul could've hyper-space jumped to Coruscant and ended everyone in the main part of the Republic's government, it would be an absolute massacre. Around 1,000 Jedi in the Galaxy at the time, and unless they're all Star Wars: Clone Wars Mace Windu, they can't beat multiple millions of B1-Battle Droids, Droidekas, tanks, and ships.

BEFORE the Rule of Two, Sith LITERALLY kidnapped children in the Old Sith Empire, whereas Jedi don't kidnap any children at all, the parents volunteer them for proper training so they don't fall to the dark side. The force grants power to those who will bring it into balance. As described in the films. Because the Jedi overlooked slavery and continued to support a corrupt senate, it gave power to a being which knew it would balance out the overwhelming power and corruption of the Jedi. This is why we see how powerful the emperor became. It is a reflection of how corrupt the Jedi were, a mirror image reflecting the Jedi, thus bringing balance. Anakin wasn’t the chosen one, Palpatine was. Anakins role was more support than anything, and since luke was the offspring to Anakin, he was only merely along for the ride. After Palpatine died in ROJ, We see the rise of corruption rising again, we see space pirates returning, gangsters and slavery. If you look at Rome, emperors became so because of senate corruption. Palpatine ensured that this wouldn’t occur and tried his best to bring the galaxy back into balance. Yes he wasn’t all good, but from his point of view he was fighting an invading force who threatened to kill him and his government. Imagine someone doing the same to our country, your country. Palpatine loved anakin more than Obi did. He saw greatness where no one else did. He was the true savior of the galaxy

So although I agree with the Sith's motivation, I think their path is a path that ultimately leads to destruction. I agree with Kreia's philosophy that the Force itself should be destroyed, that the force enslaves its users, and leads to countless casualties across the universe.

So I feel like there is a chance that destroying the Force would likely lead to the galaxy’s destruction as the binding force keeping it all together was no more. Plus, it might cause everyone’s midichlorians to die out and possibly cause said people to perish too.

As far as I know, what the will of the Force actually wants is not expressed in the game, not unless one counts, for example, Kreia being unable to destroy the Force. Rather, the game shows more ways beings view the Force's will.

Sith culture at the time of the Great Hyperspace War accepted the light and such just as much as the dark and hate. They viewed the Force as power and didn't give a damn what form that power took. The Sith Holocaust made them hate the Light Side in the same way and reasons as the original Je'daii shunned the Dark Side due to their experiences with the Rakata. Talk about delicious irony. Oh, and everything is Naga Sadow's fault. And Empress Teta.

14:40 Kinda sad that in his last few moments Vader decided to save his son's life.
You claim that the use of the Dark side allows you to stay alive longer, which is true if we take Sidious and Vader as exemples, but the use of force lightning against Windu severely disfigures Palpatine and only Jedi can persist as ghosts after death so I would say both sides have advantages.

    • @michaelferrando9405
      @michaelferrando9405 Před 5 měsíci

Palatine's force lightning did not actually disfigure him, him channelling the dark side did that to his body. This is evidenced by Anakin's eyes turning that "evil" amber color after he murdered the Separatist leaders on Mustafar.
Palpatine used an ancient sith technique to hide not only his force power/abilities, but also his corrupted physical appearance. When Palpatine used his force lightning on Mace Windu he used all of the energy and power that he could muster, so his "mask slipped". Palpatine even manages to make it seem like he's being disfigured and destroyed so that he can manipulate Anakin into saving him.

I feel the need to point out that Hebrews are generally pale and were famous in the ancient world for their pale skin even being depicted as such in artwork. Even back when their ancestors lived in Mesopotamia as one of the original kingdoms there. So, it is most likely that Jesus was white but tanned by the sun.

For me, the Force is literally that; a force of nature with zero allegiance to any species, government or even religion, Sith or Jedi, and the Light and Dark sides are simply terms to describe the two opposing aspects of the elemental force. The 'Dark' side is the raw, untamed, elemental power; say a lightning storm, while the 'Light' is the more focused, tamed aspects, say the electrical impulses in a brain. Both are natural occurrences of electrical power, but one is the rawest expression of it that is often random, unpredictable and destructive, while the other literally sustains sentient life, requiring control, order and reliable consistency. This explains why the Dark side is easier to 'access'; it requires less focused discipline to use, while the Light is just as capable, but requires greater skill to harness; again using electrical analogy; a lightning rod versus an MRI machine.
Both aspects are equally essential to the natural world and my theory is that the only thing the Force actively 'does' is to try and balance both aspects of itself, and specifically, the powerful users who influence both aspects.
The Sith and Jedi are NOT the Force, it does not serve either, and they are simply able to harness the powers of the aspect they follow. And in theory, a skilled practitioner of the Force could harness both, potentially at the same time (For example Luke does so in Ep 6 to find the raw power to beat Vader while still using the focused power to not be corrupted)
The first time I came to this theory is, ironically, the Jedi Prophecy. Anakin fulfils it as is foretold, because by the time Ep 3 ends, there are two users of the Light, and two of the Dark. The Force has no interest in what those users do to influence politics or who rules over worlds, it simply sees how many powerful users are able to influence both aspects. It was the Jedi's interpretation that was incorrect and assumed 'balance' was the Light establishing ultimate control where nothing new is created, because invention is a form of unpredictable 'chaos'. The Dark side 'victory' would see pure, unending chaos that probably ends all life in the end. Balance is both cancelling out the other to ultimately sustain the cycle of life in growth, sustainment, decay, death and renewal. In Ep 7, there are two powerful Dark side users in Ren and Snoke, while the Light has only Luke, and so Rey seems to rise from nowhere, to me this is again the Force trying to achieve balance in ever more drastic methods. Snoke is killed and almost immediately after, Luke passes, leaving Rey and Ren.
We also see in Rogue One that the Jedi and Sith religions are not required to be a Force user, with Chirrut having had almost no formal training to exert influence from the Force. The small boy pulling his broom at the end of Ep 8 is another small example of Force users not requiring the associated religions to exist. The Force is perfectly able to exist and flourish without the dogmas of mortals.
In the Prequels we see the consequence of centuries of imbalance; the Light, the aspect of control, has such dominance that it has even begun to restrict and weaken itself and its users, and so the Force begins to push against it, with chaos spontaneously erupting in the shape of discourse and conflict, with the Dark eventually able to find parity. As the Dark side resurges, more powerful Light users flourish ie Luke being born.
As a side I don't see any evidence of the suggestion that the use of 'Light' and 'Dark' is a racial slur; there's literally no evidence of this aside from the anecdotal "All white men in the 70's were racists" and so frankly is a rather distasteful comment. Light and Dark is a classic trope for good and evil, end of. It's the one bad mark on what was otherwise an interesting thought-exercise video.
