Looks to me like the truck went into the left lane and pitted the car. I've driven everything from bicycles to trailers and am often confused by the blind spot argument. I get that they exist, but being aware of your surroundings at all times negates 99% of the excuses. If something sketchy is happening, pay attention and avoid those situations. Not 100% foolproof, but so many of these situations could be avoided by both parties.

Yeah those aren't speed limit signs. They're signs to tell you alternate routes to get to HWY 25 and HWY 64. It's 35 through that particular section during non construction hours and 30 during construction hours. It's also a wide angle camera, genius.
