After listening to Time you said; "I've wasted half of my life not listening to Pink Floyd" what a perfect comment for this song... brilliant reaction...
immaculate
"I'm not just doing it for views, I'm doing it for understanding." You just won yourself a subscriber with that sentence.

TOUCHÉ.....😎
Same here. I was also won over by his genuine interest in the lyrics, and by the way he rewinds a bit after pausing the music. It's a win-win for him and the viewers.
4sure man
I remember the first time I heard this I was 17 & 8months old !!! And every 10 years since I think about the first (time) I'm 63 & 8months again 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
This seriously had me sitting down, thinking about my early 20's, when I had the best time of my life. Good friends, good laughs, we lived hard and partied even harder. I'm now 37, all those friends and times are gone, a brief memory in the sands of time. I freaking miss you guys, we sure had a hell of a time. I just hope you're all doing well and haven't forgotten about me too. When our ride is over, I'll do my best to come find you.
Life in a nutshell!
this made me cry
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon!
and today you're 38 and tomarrow you'll be 60 like me
There is no pain...
One of the things I like about Shaq is he pays close attention to the lyrics, and with a band like Pink Floyd thats a necessity
You have 2 lives, and the second one begins when you realise you only have 1!
That's a helluva quote right there!
dude,,that hit the spot...
What an awakened quote
I didn't ask to feel dem feels like that bro wat u do to me.
A little advice my brother ; don't stop "Time" in the middle. Save comments until the end.
You said that you feel like you wasted half of your life having not heard this song. You also said that you heard that this song makes more sense the older you get. Maybe you heard this song exactly when you needed to because a younger you may not have appreciated it as much as you do now.
Great song and great video.
Adam Edwards well said my friend!
Adam Edwards 👍🏻 Cheers man....
Great reply mara
Well said and exactly what you would think as a pink Floyd fan.
Ironically wasting half your life is kind of what the song is about too.
This song truly is a masterpiece. The first part talks about youth. The second is your prime to middle age and the ending is the twilight years.. it gives me goosebumps every time I hear it
I’ve never paid attention as much to the lyrics because the music is just SO good but when you finally listen to the lyrics especially of Pink Floyd’s songs, it makes almost every song their own beautiful masterpiece…
"I feel like I wasted half of my life, not...not have heard this song yet, bro..." - ultimate compliment I've seen on CZcams for this song.
Listen to Dark Side of the Moon Listen to Dark Side of the Moon
Pink Floyd..
Once you go pink you start to think!
I dig that man
Strait up homes
Once you go Floyd you enter the void

"the sun is the same, in a relative way, but you're older"
I've been listening to this song for 47 years.. so so many years have gotten behind me. I miss 1973.
I have nothing but respect for your age. You came from a time that I can only imagine.
My favorite year in music history and one of the best years in history period in my opinion.
My aunt was talking about how in 1977 when she was 17 she thought thought thought the year 2000 was space age future. I was born 99 and I have deep conversations with her. My daughter is two and will be my age in 2042 and it’s all so insane to think. I’ll be done with my youth by then and she will only be beginning. Time is a cruel beast
I gotta have this dude listen to echoes....
ynotlaz underrated comment and fearless too
YES
Most likely would not survive

dont overkill it
First time i heard that guitar solo i was crying because of how beautiful it is
Gilmore knows how to make blues guitar far more profound than it already is
@@maximthefox Why blues? I know that rock originates from blues but I wouldn't call Pink Floyd blues :P
@@pinkraven4402 no they aren't they are psyche rock. His solos are very blues driven though, like very much so. They're certainly more progressive than blues guitar but they're still made up out of the bones of blues licks and blues styling.
@@maximthefox I'm lost now but ok xd
@@pinkraven4402 do you know much about guitar?
Dude, this tune is just one part of an album that was conceived as one whole work. You've GOT to listen to the whole Dark Side of the Moon album if you really want to appreciate Time.
That would be a long video
Its not necessary for apreciating the song, but for understanding it better
Indeed!!!
Absolutely. DSM, WYWH, and Animals are all pieces to listen to as single, individual pieces of music. Almost like symphonies (I guess). You can listen to, and enjoy little bits, but the business aspects of recorded music forced the division of those albums into individual tracks. There is no gap between those tracks either.
YES!!!
TMI: I was 18 and on some heavy duty hallucinogens when I first really heard this song. 25 years later it still hits me the same way. Live life and love it... the days goes slow... the years fly by! ☝️
I'm in my 60s. The line: "Every year is getting shorter" is really true. I can't believe how quickly the years fly past. Most people of my age will say the same thing.
💯 agreed. I’m just shy of 60.
The brain assesses length/size/mass proportionally and in relation to other things. So when you’re 5 years old, a year is 20% of your life. When you’re 50, a year is 2% of your life. That’s why years seem shorter as you get older.
FACE MELTER ...excellent assessment
Tony Blackwell I’m only 20 and have been feelin this way since 15. This mean I’m an old soul?
And that is why I'm getting "all you touch and all you see, is all you're life will ever be" tattooed on me as a reminder
Watching you young bloods finding this is like finding it all over again you are bringing tears to my eyes..believe me you are in the well of inspiration and it is deep keep digging.
I love what you said, : "Well of Inspiration and it's deep." Just beautiful.
🙏🏻 #truth
I know it’s kind of heart warming. I’m 36 and I’ve seen David Gilmour and Roger Waters on tour. I’m thankful to got to see them when I was in my twenties.
Preach.
And its a well that never dries up no matter how much you drink from it, it keeps right on filling your cup back up. That's the beauty of it. Like now, I've listened to this kind of music my whole life, got it from my Dad. Both of myself and my Dad watch No Life Shaq and many other reaction videos of this music because for us its like hearing it all over again, exactly like you wrote. Just seeing other people get excites and enjoying the music that I have loved my whole life, 40 years, its a good feeling knowing younger people are listening to it as well.
I was 17 when I bought this album when it was release in 1973. I heard and understood the meaning of this song and the entire album actually but now at 66 it really hits home for me. Tomorrow is not a given, make the most of everyday because it goes by quickly.
Time leads masterfully into "the great gig in the sky"! The whole album is headphone worthy or shaking the windows!
First time I ever listened to it was on headphones and I could not have asked for a better way to experience it.
You dont just listen to Pink Floyd. You experience pink Floyd. If you want a life changing experience, lay in the dark and play the entire albums of either The Wall or Dark Side of the Moon. Bonus points if you're high as hell. Lol! Extra bonus points if you play them both in their entirety and back to back. I promise you will never be the same again.
danielle winkelspecht I remember about the 3rd time I got high a buddy popped in Dark Side of the Moon and I was just gone in the music. It felt like my brain opened up, that was 25 years ago and my perception of Pink Floyd changed from that day forward.
Very true! One of my greatest Floyd experiences was "Laser Floyd" in the '80s. Dark Side of the Moon blaring in a planetarium, on the reclining chairs , everyone high. Send shivers down my spine just thinking about it.
@@Ellen.G I had my first experience of this album at one of those laser shows too only I was on old school acid at the time. It was a life changing night.....
You literally described my first ever time hearing them. Someone told me to smoke a joint, put headphones on, close the curtains, turn off the lights and listen to Dark Side cover to cover. I was completely lost in it. He asked me what I thought of the album and word for word I said, "That's not an album, that's a life experience!"
The first time I listened to this album was also my first acid trip. Danielle is so absolutely right. I have never been the same, nor do I ever want to be.
Dark side of the mood is probably the greatest album ever made. It’s meant to be listened to as an album start to finish. It’s incredible
3000% correct
Sold over 45 million copies,
And was on billboard's albums chart for 778 weeks continuously. That's 14 years.
It’s the greatest album of all time, but it’s not even the best Pink Floyd album!
Wish you were here is my favorite
Dark Side of the Mood haha nice
I am 70 now and I still love the feeling Floyd give me after all the years of listening to them
It never ages does it? Sadly we do.
So glad you're getting into Pink Floyd. A whole lot in there about being a human being in this beautiful yet hard world. Cheers all!
"I'm not just doing it for views; I'm doing it for understanding."

This young man gets it. He gives me hope for the future
The Floyd are spiritual this song made me stop drinking alcohol 23 years ago, my daughter is 13 on Saturday and I will introduce this song into her life,
I totally agree pink floyd is spiritual. I have a spiritual experience every time I litsen to them , they have helped me as a soul remember who I truly am. Congratulations on you're sobriety, never give up or lose hope.
It’s the day man, hope she appreciates it
Awesome man congrats
Congrats brother🤘
Lee Illman wish it had only taken a song for me to stop drinking.
you fall in love with the song, you look it up and read about its history, and then you find out that they weren't even 30 years old when they wrote this song then you're like... fuuuuuuuuuuuu they had grown such wisdom so soon that it inspired this rock masterpiece. when i hear this on the radio, i open my window and i blast the speakers.
Right! They were all still relatively young - but this song is so profound.
One of my favorite lines of this song is "the sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older" like yeah relative to sun's age, on year passing isn't anything, but for us humans, its a long time
The full effect is to lead into “The great gig in the sky”. The two together is a masterpiece.
yup
Was thinking the same, he should've done that.
Pink Floyd - "Wish you were here" trust me.
I would love to see Shaq react to this song!! My favorite
And shine on you crazy diamond
Yes "Wish you were here" love it. Me&Wife's wedding song. High hopes would be grate too.
@@JN-yf6gm green is the colour by pink Floyd is also a good wedding song , i think.

"I'm not just doing it for views, I'm doing it for understanding" true spirit♡
Nick Mason was the heartbeat of the band. His drums were just drove the music along.
I'm 80years old next year scary eh! Life is like a toilet roll, the closer you get to the end, the faster ìt goes...love PF I wonder how much TIME I've got .??....😎
Oh man
Maybe you have just a next live, man. Nobody knows. So many people died already, those people were kids, males, females. Young, old, black and white, reach and poor, and all of us will be dead finally. I don't think it is possible to be, and next moment not to be at all, i think we have a complex scheme here, not so simple.
Excuse my weak English. With all my respect.
Wow your comment blew my mind. You described life perfectly..
You got plenty of shit to do!
As long as you need my friend, until the end! There is no end however...... as there is no dark side of the moon
"It's definitely about time! Goddamn!" Hahaha, I almost fell out of my chair.
Me too! Haaha, too good. "Ya'll still there?"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 same here
That is a real reaction! Ha! Dark Side of the Moon the entire album...takes me back to a time where my wish would've been that I never had to leave.
Lol I laughed my ass of for reals when he was looking a little perplexed and then the G0damm was a honest one. That’s what made that shit hilarious.
I was born in 1963 and have been listening to Pink Floyd since I was 15 years old. I turn 60 in May. Pink Floyd's music becomes more relevant every day that passes. It really is about life's voyage to the ultimate ending we all face at some point.
Love how I can be sitting in 95 degree weather and still get the chills listening to this.
There is a reason Dark Side of the Moon stayed in the top 100 most purchased album for 30 YEARS!
Furious Storm just rebought this album but vinyl this time
And it was on billboard's albums chart for 778 weeks continuously.. that's 14 freaking years
Listen to The Dark Side of the Moon in track order. It's an experience almost religious
Especially in quad! It's a real shame that most only heard in stereo.
cosmicjizz yeah everyone needs to listen to this album start to finish. It’s a spiritual experience. Very emotional
We used to listen to Dark Side of the Moon at late night parties in the late 70s early 80s flaked out on the carpet after to many smokes(drugs)........... Great times.
True
And put on the Wizard of Oz on mute after the last lion roar for gits and shiggles
You are adorable!! 🥰 I’m a 65 yo white woman and grew up with Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin. I love when you youngsters get hold of my generation’s music and are so surprised how good it is. So much great stuff!! ..and how great it is you’re willing to listen. Your reactions are so genuine and hilarious! Pink Floyd was THE band to drop acid with and another great band try the Moody Blues. Very popular the same time.
The thing I love about Shaq is that 1) he reacts to all types of music 2) he dissects the song to find the meaning and 3) HE TRULY CARES ABOUT WHAT HE DOES...that is hard to find with youtubers nowadays. He really cares and puts hard work in and it shows
"Shorter of breath, and one day closer to death."
One of Pink Floyd's most poignant lines ever written.
Glad you felt it the way it was intended to make you feel Coach! You get it!
Meyzen76 I definitely agree. Whenever I listen to this song, that line always hits me
definitely poignant and thought provoking
"You run and you run to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking" is the one that always gives me chills, but there's so many damn good lines in this song.
This is absolutely my favorite Pink Floyd songs. So happy Shaq decided to review it.
My real question is has Shaq ever tried LSD????
The second part of the solo, especially the big bend at the enf of it is my favourite 10 seconds in the history of music.
And I'm a Metalhead.
Oh man, I hear you. Watched this reaction specifically for those 10 seconds. That second part is so ethereal, somehow cathatric.
If you think this is thought provoking, listen to the whole album end to end in one go, that will change your life.
"the suspense is killing me"
me: give it some.... Time....
also literally any solo by these guys are gonna hit you where you've never been hit before. there's a reason David Gilmour's solos have been labeled some of the best of all time. I suggest Comfortably Numb next, since it's one of their most popular songs and holds what has been called the best solo of all time.
He’s already done comfortably numb
Marooned would be my number one for instrumental/solo
I see what you did there
He said that was his first Floyd experience.
Honestly ... You surprised me. Seen a few of the different guys "listening to xx the first time". You are the first one I have seen trying to interprete the lyrics - even twisting them to your own age... "remember to live every day"... You are so right.
Usually it makes me smile when I realise other people found greatness in Pink Floyd music... I've been listening and following for around 45 years. But this time the smile is extra big cause you even put your soul in and trying to dig the lyrics... That's cool, man.
Wishing you a great life with lots of Floyd music after this :)
Check out some of his other vids. Hes genuinely curious and introspective. As a 24 year old it's cool seeing a grown man go through the same things I went though listening to these songs as a kid. Pink floyd literally expands your mind
Also , while each song has meaning , it may differ person to person and I love that
Exactly what Syd had intended for each and every from the beginning. A huge thanks to Rodger, David and band for carrying it out after Syd was no longer present in his mind. I couldn't agree with you more friend. Greatest music of all time and I love watching others experience it and feeling it as it should be. Geniuses, Evey one of them.
Shaq is a legend. He’s one of like 3 “reaction” channels who actually love music.
I always thought that I was invincible, I survived so much, no illnesses at all but broken bones aplenty, sorting out everyone's problems, no big deal!
Got to 62 and out of the blue, I woke up during the night, in a foreign country, having a heart attack, no one told me you could have a heart attack while you are asleep! That's sneaky....
Air lifted to hospital, operated on, kept in for a week, a week I can't afford apparently! All of a sudden I ain't so invincible!
The only good thing is that I have lived a full, brilliantly exciting, no holds barred life, so I'll see how much more TIME is coming up behind me....
The Black Knight always triumphs!
How do I make it through alcoholism? I’m sober for 2 years, but I was drunk for 10. Does it even matter?
My life is fucked.
I can’t say how much I appreciate how you appreciate music. You’re one of the very few reaction sites I watch. I enjoy watching you get exposed to some of my favorite music ever.
I've said it once, and I'll say it again: No one can make a guitar sing like David Gilmour.
That man makes love to his guitar. Its emotional and beautiful.
I just saw a quote from Dave Mustaine about David Gilmore being able to say more in one note than Yngwie Malmsteen could say in a hundred.
@@skanderfish3641 Shine On You Crazy Diamond is Gilmour at his finest, the tone he conjures from his Strat, is possibly the best ever, he can move mountains and people to tears.
Well, exept the great B.B. King
@@markandersen793 YES he needs to do a reaction to Shine On next
This album came out when I was 16. I’m 64 and it’s still fresh and incredibly meaningful. The whole album is an experience and will mean different things as you get older. Still GOAT albums and will be 500 years from now . No one is like Pink Flood .
I was 16 when I first discovered this album in 1996 thanks to my dad. It shaped me in so many deep ways and such integral part of my youth. I’m so lucky to know Pink Floyd extensively and for them to be such a big part of my life. 🌈🖤
Loved your reaction to this. I'm a Floyd fan and this song really does have a lot of meaning to someone like me in his mid 50s.
Last fathers day, my daughter got me the book "Pink Floyd, All the Songs, the Story Behind Every Track". Thick book but it covers every song, album and movie soundtrack they did.
You mentioned the sound of the drums, Nick Mason for the first time used Roto-Toms.
Gilmour plays his legendary black Strat ali g with Binson Echorec 2 to get that reverb sound.
Alan Parsons produced this album and he recorded all the alarm sounds on a using a portable tape recorder.
Of course the backing vocals is what makes Pink Floyd music sound so good, the harmonies of these singers provide so much to their music.
Glad you appreciate the meaning of the music, you won another subscriber to your channel.
Fun fact: they had one chance to get the intro with all the clocks right. It was recorded in a London clock shop.
Pink Floyd will change the way you think man. If you’re digging this music you should keep going down this rabbit hole 🤘
Speaking of rabbits, White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane would be a good review
Pink Floyd brings together minds and hearts, disregarding all other nonsense.
The wall would mess with his head. I'd love to see it, but it might be a 4 hour video with all the freakout moments
The Wall is Roger Waters egomania on display and beginning of what led to him being kicked out of the band.
Pretty sure 'Breakin the law" will fill his small cell!
I'm 55 years old and I grew up with this stuff...love it and love watching your younger generation really appreciate old school...cheers brother...keep being inspired.
Same, became 55 in June and love how the youth of today react to my favorite music.
I'm only 15, buy this is my second favourite song. only Wish You Were Here do I like more
Amen. I would put the album on and turn out all the lights with my speakers pinned up against each ear and listen for hours

Never been more proud to be British.
Bob Gilford I’m proud I’m american and not British !
I'm American. You guys made the best music hands down. Most all of my favorite bands are British.
@@Saboteur709 Cheers mate. There's a lot of good American music out there too, but I have to say the British rock bands that came with the British Invasion made some of my favourite music of all time.
When it comes to making music, the English know what the F they're doing
I grew up in America but in the mids of my teen years really fell for and dove into the love for British bands, starting with the Beatles. The way I see it, American rock really embraces the joys of life. You can say Chuck Berry typifies this with all his songs about youth dilemma's like school, cars and approaching the opposite sex. This partially has to do with the economic high the States had in the 50's thru 70's. Meanwhile British rock was more about the everyday hardships of finding a job, finding your place, and basically fighting against the imposed social structures that curtailed the "don't haves" of the English population. Which is what those kids had to deal with, during the sixties mostly. That difference between American and British rock in the beginning made for very different types of rock bands. Americans have more rouge geniuses, I feel (Bob Dylan, Velvet Underground, Frank Zappa to name a few). The Brits having the more music concept changing bands (Beatles, Floyd, Led Zep, etc.). Of course I don't see this as the absolute truth on the matter. Just my two cents in the hat sort of speak.
SHAQ. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings on your reactions, not just analyzing the content, or dismissing it for not being in your style. It’s by and far the reason you should be and will be the best reaction channel. The songs brought me here, but YOU kept me here. That’s tough.
Also, I’m sure you’ve already been told, BUT; once you’ve reacted to the Pink Floyd songs on this album individually, do yourself and your SOUL a huge favor and listen to this album, Dark Side of the Moon, all the way through in order without skipping. It’s made to be. Best album of all time, IMO.
Thanks again, god bless, and keep doing great man
Wow - Very well said. Completely agree!
Shaq you have the most infectious positivity I’ve ever seen. You’re the best.
What I love is that there are two reactions to this song. Those who don’t get it don’t realize he’s talking to them, they’re the ones at risk with so much to gain. And then those who whole heartedly get the message, they’re the ones where the time is gone and understand they missed the starting gun
Shine on you Crazy Diamond....Masterpiece!
PLEASE check out this song..one of many people's favorites
Agree!! I got to see it live 3 years ago. Unbelievable experience
The best thing about this cd is if you have it on repeat, it’s a continuous cycle. The last song fades in the first song. Pink Floyd were geniuses at concept albums. Glad you get to experience them coach!

Oddly enough, the last sense to go after being pronounced dead, is the hearing.
I will have Time, with lyrics, at my funeral.
"Shorter of breath and one day closer to death." Also my favorite line
HANGING ON IN QUIET DESPERATION IS THE ENGLISH WAY
Also my life.
"You run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking, racing around to come up behind you again". There is so much poetry in this song, and it doesn't have that many words. As an american with a TON of british friends, I have to second Mark Castellanos though. HAHAHA
@@markcastellanos9678 The English are so classy. But I'm American and desperation calls for LOUD. Like "Look out below, human coming in for a landing."

Loved watching your reaction to this song... Great job...
You said it right pink Floyd is different... They were so special... To this day I've never heard an entire album that moved me like Dark Side of the Moon.
Yo man, I’ve been watching you for awhile now, and I really respect your opinion on the music you’ve been exposing yourself to. Bands like MetallicA, LED Zeppelin Black Sabbath and most of all Pink Floyd are at the core of who I am. Good music to me is what feelings sound like.
Props for diving deep into the lyrics and meaning of the song.
I will say this one of the great songs to listen on vinyl with the lights out and your eyes close it will blow your mind . Much more powerful you're missing so much that includes queen Bohemian Rhapsody on vinyl.
Enjoyed your reaction to one of my fav songs, good stuff man
precisely at 4:20 he has that moment everyone does when they hear "time" for the first time. That moment you realize how heavy, how profound this master piece is...
Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time...
The time is gone, the song is over, *thought I'd something more to say*
About the most devastating lyric ever written. How do you absorb that and not be consumed by despair?
@@reshpeck Absolutely man. And in a way it breaks the fourth wall, pointing out the relevance of the lyrics to you in that moment. Powerful.
@@reshpeck Hey bro, english is my "second language" and I struggle with some things, for example I never understood what "thought I'd something more to say" means, it doesn't make any sense to me. Neither "The 'thought' I would something more to say" nor "I thought I would something more to say" makes any sense in my head.
I'd be so grateful if you guys helped me breaking that down.
Cheers in advance bros
Arnaldo Alves It's a contraction for "I *had*." So, "thought I had something more to say," which is just incredibly sad.
The time is gone, the song is over, his life is at its end, and looking back he is filled with regret. He always thought he would have more time, and so he didn't value it like he should have. Ultimately, his life was unimportant, he had made no difference in the world, or to anyone else. After his whole life, his song, was over and in the past, and there was no more future, no time left, he discovers with disappointment that he never said, had never done, anything worth remembering.
@@reshpeck Oh I get it, I thought the 'd thing was only used for "would", and apparently "had" can also be written like that. Is there any other word that can be seen when we read "I'd" ?
React to Great Gig In The Sky!!!! Everything Pink Floyd did was perfection.
Do this one coach!! The vocals will blow your mind!
Going to have to agree.. The Great Gig in the Sky is something unlike anything you have ever heard. It is the next song on the album, (Dark Side of the Moon) which is a masterpiece of an album. Nothing like it before or since. Do a little research on the song before you listen to it. No lyrics, but speaks volumes!!!
His soul might leave his body after hearing GGITS
Unpopular opinion: Roger Waters wrote all the masterpieces. Syde's, Gilmour, Wright, and Mason's all thier lyrics were trash. I will admit Rogers sucked at playing instruments and vocals. Gilmour and Wright were very talented composers and vocalists.
WARNING : to NoLifeShaq : The great Gig in the sky will move your soul !
Love the vids man! Keep it up. I had to grab my headphones for this one!
TY for the honesty and we all are (were) with you.
" I feel like I've wasted half my life." he says after hearing "Time".
Not an altogether uncommon response...
this album playthrough is amazing bro. it all flows together so very well. reaction or not you need to hear it through
I totally agree the songs by themselves don't do it proper justice. Its like only eating the onions when you got a Philly cheesteak right in front of you.
I agree. There are just some albums that need to be heard from start to finish. This is definitely one of them.
Such a great band. Their albums need to be listened to from beginning to end. Good stuff. Thanks for the reaction!
The reaction to "one day closer to death" was brilliant
You run & you run to catch up with the sun but 🤔 it’s sinking, racing around to come up behind you again 🙈
You cant beat time 🤷♂️ this song is the sum of a life’s experience
That line always gives me hair boners. Absolutely haunting
"Every breath you take brings you closer to death".. that shit is deep and true.
Shaq don't stop digging into Pink Floyd it only gets better from here. I can't suggest a song by them cause they are all so good. Thank you so much for reactions like this, you rock bro!
What a beautiful, powerful reaction! Much respect and love to you
Love ya bra!!
Keep up the good work my brother!
Without a doubt a best song ever made in my opinion...
The way I phrase it is: "It's my favorite song from my favorite album from my favorite band."
It's a close match between this song and "Us and Them" for me.
@@Saboteur709 No it's: It's the best song from the best album of all time from one of the best bands in the world
The worst song ever made in my opinion
Thank you for making me smile tonight 😊
Pink Floyd helped get me through high school 😉 If you want a fairly simple yet powerful song that will hit you right in the feels, pull up “Wish You Were Here” and think of your friends 😎
Have a fantastic evening 👍
Loved this video and loved your reaction to a masterpiece!
bro this makes me happy. every review from rock to metal to rap is awesome man. music is greater than just the sound it makes. its way deeper than that.
Love the line 'Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way'
So true!
Yeah, kudos to Rog Waters, but he did lift it from an American, Henry David Thoreau - “The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation.”
As an Englishman it is almost impossible to explain this lyric to anyone who is not English. It is the perfect line of English existence.
@@filfvideos we don't need your explanation, dude. I've lived in quite desperation my hole life, and I know this song since I was 7 and made me cry when I was 12 because I understood its meaning and I felt exactly like that
I just found your channel today, and I binge watched like 6 or 7 videos. Watching you discover the music my pop played and loved is making me get the chills. Keep it up, SHAQ!
Me too!!
@rachelknepper0811 tired I think my favorite so far has been the Freebird reaction
Watching this was an absolute pleasure! Top man!!!
Great stuff Shaq.. luv you dawg!!!
In my opinion one of the best songs ever written. I'm glad you found Pink Floyd Shaq.
I’m 16 and I appreciate this song. I’m probably gonna get it more when I’m older. But I’m already get the lyrics especially. “every year seem likes it getting shorter” Highschool seems like it’s flying by so quickly.
Same bro, I am turning 17 soon, feels like only yesterday when I was 15
@@einarhodnelanddaae9755 I’m about to graduate soon now. Make the most of it.
@@awesomeness5032 thanks man. Still have some years on my hand, we don’t graduate until we are 19 here in Norway
@@einarhodnelanddaae9755 nice. Best of luck to you. This has been a crazy year, hopefully 2021 will Be better.
@@awesomeness5032 Yeah lets hope mate. Good luck in the future to you as well, hope you find happiness
Big ups on your reaction here! This has been my favorite song for about 45 years now - and it NEVER gets old.
You are my new favorite CZcamsr. I love how you like music from my era! You are awesome! ❤️
“This song is life-changin, brah.”
Yes it is, brah! Rock it out!!!
Great job!
