This was very helpful. I followed every suggestion and got the job done quickly. What surprised me is that strange rattle went away after I did this. Thought the cat had two problems. Nope, just the sensor.

Wow saw a lot of other videos where they are removing the center console and passenger seat. Nice like the video and your approach.

Plus that other video has a guy who says "anyways" constantly and give me a headache. This video was great all the way around.

So, uh, where is this "check your o2 sensors" link?

Thank you! In the first 30 seconds you show how quickly to do the only part I dreaded. I thought I had to remove the seat or something. How did you know sensor was bad, it sure looked it, but did it throw code?

For me it was a code p0420. Still get the test done to see what’s malfunctioning, they just hook up their reader and a quick five minute test drive and they’ll know for sure what’s malfunctioning.

@@BLUTSERV how did they test it? I have a p0420 code but I don't know what it is. They told me catalytic converter but all they did was plug in the computer and read the code and immediately told me that even though I already did it

Got lucky and saw that my old sensor pretty much snapped off and the hex nut and was hanging on by a thread. Lucky for me since i dont have a 22mm wrench!
Tore the rest off and put a socket on it😂
