  • The Marion County Public Health Department is looking into possible violations for the Indianapolis Speedrome over fans in the stands at an event Aug. 8, 2020.
    A representative at the Speedrome told 13News "it wasn't as bad as the pictures seem," that they believe they were within the 25 percent health order and are now working with the health department to resolve this moving forward.

    Scary thing is diabetic people are high risk for covid, I would wager that's about 40% of that population.

      There's more overweight and disabled people lower in the stands where they happen to be filming than further up which are accessible only by steps. Here in America we call that deductive reasoning.

    I was wondering what the violations were. Too much weight for those stands? Then I remembered we're supposed to be in a pandemic.

  • @BabySpidersHearthstone
    @BabySpidersHearthstone Před 3 lety +4

    Who cares. At some point we need to begin trying to return to normal. They said millions and millions would die and we're currently at a tiny fraction of those estimates. Think of how many jobs were created just because of this event, putting $$$ in peoples pockets to provide for their families rather than rely on government to give them $$$. If you're at risk or elderly then stay home. 99% of the population shouldn't have to live in a government imposed cage to protect 1% of the population. It's funny how BLM protesters gathering in thousands is totally fine, but people wanting to do anything else is viewed as somehow being wrong or evil.

      I agree. Let them all get infected and die after getting jobs. Better to live 3 months working and then die, leave some $$$ for your kids. Better than quarantine for 3 months and letting these subhuman scums live long lives until their obesity gets them instead of covid. Who cares bro.

      LOL no wonder America is such a shithole in regards to this virus. People would rather live like a 60% life with a good chance of dying rather than wearing a mask and chilling for 3 weeks to let it blow over like nearly every other country. Good job!

      @delta-tuning Před 3 lety +1

      @@riverdays364 People are fed up with the bullshit. The virus ended up being not as serious as people were told, and people realize that now and don't give a fuck anymore. Let the misinformed stay home and quarantine themselves, the rest of us have nothing to worry about!

    • @BabySpidersHearthstone
      @BabySpidersHearthstone Před 3 lety +1

      You don't know what you are talking about. I live in Indiana. The state shut down all non essential services for almost 2 months or 8 weeks, not just 3 weeks. The governor also mandated that masks be worn when inside businesses and that is still in effect.
      The only reason america will turn into a shithole is once all the debt from people not working and able to pay their mortages and rent kicks in. Then we will have a ton of homelessness caused from forcing people not to work. This would already have started if not for the government making it illegal to evict deadbeat tenants during the pandemic.
      Once the moratorium on evictions passes the optics will be terrible for democrat politicians who threatened people with jail-time for trying to earn a living to provide for their families. Far more people have been killed by leftist policies forcing people to not earn an income than the virus will ever kill.

      @@BabySpidersHearthstone I'm in PA and we're still in lockdown with non essentials closed and masks mandatory. You're free to protest police and Trump if you'd like though. Businesses are closing down if they don't defy the dictator governors orders. And you're fined if you choose to not go bankrupt and stay open.
