If you see the train operator next time, tell him that us rail fans want to thank him for allowing you to share this amazing footage cap view of the p2550 in the blue line tracks.
Loved that view. Now all you have to do, when the long-awaited Regional Connector finally opens, is film the brand new three stations (Grand Avenue Arts, Historic Broadway and Little Tokyo/Arts District), as well as the Foothill Section to ASU/Citrus College.
Do cab view ride videos of the Metro L Line (Gold) onboard a Siemens P2000 light rail vehicle to and from LA Union Station and APU/Citrus College station in Azusa.
Thanks for sharing the info. I am sure is a high chance they could even make it on the k line and green line. Let’s keep believing. Metro always changes their mind.
@@SCRM_Railfan I don’t think metro haven’t even test the p2550 on the green line or k line yet. All we could do is wait and see what happens.metro always changes their mind.
Metro uses the Regional Connector tracks to do that. When it opens, the A Line will run from Downtown Long Beach to APU/Citrus College and the E Line will run from Downtown Santa Monica to Atlantic
@@dennisthebrony2022 There's a third non-revenue track near Willowbrook/Rosa Parks Station that A Line trains can use to transfer to the C Line and vice versa. Is there a particular reason why Metro decided not to test run the P2000 and P2550 running on the E line? I thought the light rail vehicles are capable running on all the light rail lines.

They actually tested a P2550 on the Expo Line in 2021, But you may think all LRVs can run on LR lines and that’s not the case. Metro has their own ways or decisions to run those trains on either lines some of them won’t work out some will, it just depends.😊
@@bryan-ej8mn Thanks. Another questions there are still two-cars train on the A, E, L lines lately? Metro should have enough cars to run entirely three-cars on A, E, L lines. It is annoying they still run two cars train on weekdays.

The train operator didn't seem to mind at all you recording the train ride. He seems cool.
It’s now gonna open June 16!

The operator asked a driver if they won, was this shot after a Lakers game?
YAY
Are you planning on doing a car view when the regional connector opens up later this year?
Yes
Fun fact: the p2550 was brought on the expo line diversion yard for a while because it was testing if the p2550s could run on the expo line
