Great trainer. I calibrated it couple of times already and it worked. But when I use zwift, the watts are off by 150 - 200 watts when I start climbing. On the flats it seems accurate. Any ideas? I already contacted the support, couldn't help me so far. Is it a known bug?
Hello. I intend to use an e-bike on the roller, and use the assists when necessary, according to the ROUVY app routes I use. I have a smart Saris H3 roller, which needs the rear wheel removed, and I have put my e-bike on it, however the e-bike motor does not work properly, and it does not obey the e-bike assist modes as I try to change it, in addition to the e-bike mileage and speedometer are reset. I'm looking for a trainer that's as smart as the H3, which captures and transmits speed, power, cadence via bluetooth on the Apple TV, but which makes it possible to use the e-bike's assistance as if you were riding down the street, but using the ROUVY app. Does this roll meet my need? Or do you recommend any others? Note: I use an e-bike trek Powerfly 4 wheel 29” axle 12 boost 148

I don’t understand if you have to change the spacers in both set-ups or only if your wheels are >28. Can you please clarify ? I saw someone else asking the same thing below.

trainer works great - but the calibration process doesn't work, i see many people having the same problems too. after updating the firmware with one app, and then trying to setup the trainer with a different app, and trying to calibrate using both Android and iOS - it still doesn't work. tried to register on the Elite forum but 3 days later i'm still waiting for access to the forum from Elite. this is my first indoor trainer, so i don't know how important calibration is - the trainer works well with Zwift, but peace of mind would be improved significantly if they could sort out the calibration issues. is there going to be an update to fix this?

@@elitecycling no problem, i think it's a great piece of equipment, and am happy with it - i couldn't find a suito in stock so went with the Tuo, i know it's a new product, but i follow @dcrainmaker and trust his reviews so figured i'd go with it. Again, as someone new to indoor cycling, i'm not sure how important the calibration process is, and i'm not competing, it was just for peace of mind really.
The trainer is actually fairly simple to set up, but the instruction manual does everything in its power to change that
I'd be interested in getting wheel clamps like that to fit on my Computrainer. Best clamp method I've ever seen for this kind of trainer.

As somebody else said, the washers are too small for the screws. Am I going to have to visit hardware stores to try and find better fitting washers?

Is calibration going to work with 700x32c tires?
The Bluetooth connection to zwift is not working and the tuo is not showing in zwift even when the wheel is spinning.
Please advise how to resolve.

Check to make sure the tyre isn't slipping, especially under higher loads?

The Bike is not fittet in the middle of the roller as shown in the Manual. 🙁

what do you not understand exactly?
you need to feel resistance before fully locking the handle, if you don't, it means the axle is set to loose in the arm.
