Yes, and it is corelated to the observer/decider coin. Single observers (IxxJ/ExxP) have a feeling of foreverness when it comes to things, well described in this video. Single deciders (IxxP/ExxJ) have a fear of banishment. If you want an equivalent, as a decider, I would rather be afraid of messing something up in front of the woman from the store, because that means I would ridiculize myself, she is going to talk to her colleagues, I'm gonna get banned from the store, the rumor is going to spread, people will start to run away from me and i'm gonna die. (of course when put into words, no one would really believe it's true, but unconsciously that's what is going on)

That's like saying why don't people use sleep, or blast, etc. People who are play last are already drained to rack up the energy for play.
This is a pretty crazy read on someone getting frustrated at the Apple store and playing it up for comedy... vis-à-vis his job. Dude's a comedian ISTP. He's literally doing a beat-by-beat breakdown of a universally annoying social situation that just as easily can be characterized by issues with trusting "the tribe", and most of his comedy is based on making logical distinctions in situations and in dialogue that most people would gloss over but is funny when you do a dialectic analysis on them (like Louis C.K, except less self-deprecating). This is why you get a lot of moments with him where he interrupts mid-conversation to clarify what people really mean with the words they're using.
This isn't the first time this week I've seen people mistype entertainers because they don't have enough context for what they're doing on video, but the thing to keep in mind is that entertainers are rarely straightforward. What's on the surface tends to be an amalgam of an exaggerated main type with any personas they put on, often experimentally. Think David Bowie playing Ziggy Stardust; you wouldn't type Ziggy Stardust as if he were David Bowie (in terms of their basic personality profile, unless you're taking personas into account in the model).

Isn't he more like INFJ? Because he seems to have problem with people not doing their job as he expects them to (Ti). Which is not Te. Te people rant more about people who do things that are against their own interest. Because they (Ti people) didn't collect enough algorithms of how to get something done to pick the best one (Fi) for current situation. Plus Te expect other person to tell them their algorithm (Ti) how to accomplish the goal of the interaction. But Ti people, FJs especially have a hard time to adjust do changed situation when it comes to a cooperation. TPs will start to argue to push their Ti agenda or to get explanation of how to do it, but they do it calmly.
Te users in such situation would be more like: "OK, understandable, so how do we proceed"
Getting triggered by other people’s lack of efficiency, time wasters, and things that don’t make sense for the group are all classic signs of Te. But above those things is demon Te consistently becoming apoplectic by people’s incompetence.
Sometimes it seems that Dave is upset more by the incompetence of others than the Se chaos itself.

No, Tis don't really have expectations of the tribe. I'm a lead Te and my coworker is a Ti. I get really frustrated w/ tribe incompetence bc my validation comes from the tribe. He can't see the T spectrum, and so always thinks his way is better and that the tribe is stupid. So he doesn't get as frustrated bc he already expects them to be stupid and isn't getting validation from them.
