    Hi Sammy 🌹 dairy can also cause bloating too. If you're trying to figure out what is causing the bloating the process of elimination helps. So try going gluten free and see what happens then reintroduce gluten items slowly and do the same with dairy too, but of course this is all up to you no pressure from me. I had to cut gluten and dairy out of my diet, because they cause inflammation in my body. I'm not gonna lie... once in a while I still have something with gluten and dairy just not all the time. It certainly helps! 😊

    It could be because you’re eating carbs again. If I eat bread I get bloated.

    Hey Sammy addressing the bloating, you mentioned going through depression, idk if you are on any meds but they cause inflammation. If its not that then more than likely its hormone imbalance, which causes depression, sleep issues, inflammation, etc…I highly suggest digestive enzymes with every meal. And a good magnesium supplement especially before bedtime. If you want any more in depth advice please reach out to me.
    Edit to add: those are my favorite sausage patties they cook perfectly in the air fryer

    I'm a dipper to, but not as much as I use to be too many empty calories and the ingredients aren't always the best. I do what I can though. I've never had cauliflower man n cheese....mmmmm yummm

    Your nails are cute!! Ima get mine done similar soon for spring ☺️ but omg YESS I feel the same way with my bloating I've been cutting out dairy for the most part to see if that's it. Really just cheese because that's the only dairy I deal with nowadays but even that I try to only eat it If I'm really craving some Mac & cheese or a quesadilla 🤷🏽‍♀️ so idk. I've been trying some prebiotic for women to see if that would help with the bloating as well

      Hi Sammy, I cannot find the Sola bagels or bread in any of my supermarkets. I’m in Brooklyn, New York. I have The Better Bagel in my freezer section of the supermarket. 4 bagels for $14.79. I’ve tried the plain and everything. They do taste delicious. 6 net carbs per bagel.

    So i was having the same problems as you and ss i got deeper into my keto journey the symptoms got worse.I seen a specialist..sad news was the keto diet caused me to develop IBS-C. High fat is what caused me to go from bloating and gas to severe IBS-C. Now i am vegan and all my bloating issues and Ibsc issues are slowly starting to go away.Keto Diet is not all that.Being vegan now i am losing pure body fat in all my problem areas,my hair is shiny and people always think i am pregnant because i have a natural glow .A high fat diet almost destroyed my life!

    I had issues with oat milk. I would get bloated every time and some stomach aches and I have some dairy issues lol so I hardly have any when ever I can . I hope that helps. If gluten is a issue it’s in a lot of things even cheese shredded

    Have you tried taking probiotics before your meals? Sounds like your gut is out of balance. Dairy allergies can also mess you up with bloating. I love Sleepytime tea not that it makes me sleepy but it's still tastes good. 😊

    I love coffee so much but I only drink it 1-2 times a week here and there I will have one to eliminate my chronic migraines. I feel like I’ve been less bloated and not as anxious all the time. I always make it at home too. I gave Dunkin & Starbucks too many chances and they’re always too sugary or just gross. Too much gluten makes me feel blah and I limit the red meat and pork I eat. Your hair is getting so long!!! This frame of glasses on you is cute. ❤❤❤

    I'm the same way. But it don't matter what I eat or drink, I feel bloated and my stomach starts hurting and cramping. Even when I drink water...

    Watch your sodium intake
