    The doctor recommend hip replacement, but I wasn't ready for that. Thank God I found your channel and videos, which have helped pain and stiffness. Greetings from Finland.

    The bent knee fallout has really helped my range of motion and stiffness, I do it every hour (not at work).

    Total hip replacement 6 months ago. Was told other hip is also bone on bone and will need replacement. It isn't hurting bit range of motion is quite limited. Working on it. Your videos are very helpful. Thanks!

    Love your videos! As someone who has already had 2 hip injections, do you think I’ve already done too much damage? It’s really hard to think that I could be someone who can reverse my osteoarthritis, but your videos give me hope!
