    Awesome video, thanks for dumbing it down. I’ve gone through a few days of troubleshooting my
    GTI not starting I’ve started with rectifier, starter Solenoid, new battery I think a ground wire might be loose but also the starter is shot

    You better get rid of all those old gray fuel lines and change your on/off fuel selector valve before you burn that motor up

    Hey there, Great video! Where did you get the VTS motor for $40?

      Thanks for watching! The vts motor was an aftermarket one I found on eBay. It was somewhere in the 40-50 dollar range. I just checked and I dont see it there anymore for that price but there is one for 60.

      You are welcome, and I appreciate the prompt response! I first need to test the somewhat rusty looking VTS motor on my 1995 SeaDoo XP and then determine the next steps. If I do need a replacement I will be sure to look for an aftermarket one on eBay. Thanks again.

    Get rid of those marine hoses, unless that ski has never had fuel with any ethanol in it.

    • @jasonmellen2607
      @jasonmellen2607 Před 2 lety

      Ethanol is irrelevant. Those grey Tempo lines break down over time with non ethanol fuel also.

    • @chadcoady9025
      @chadcoady9025 Před 2 lety

      @@jasonmellen2607 Regardless, ethanol will break them down much, much faster, because ethanol is corrosive to rubber and other gasket materials.
