    I just asked... Hey Paul, would you be willing to sign my SGC application?
    He said, Yeah gimme it here.

    Another great vid and Even More great info. Would you say that there is a specific age people apply for a sgc or fac? And do the police take that into consideration when deciding to grant you a sgc or fac? Im 19 with no criminal convictions thats looking to get into the sport of shooting. I was gifted my first air rifle when i was 6 and have been shooting for 13 years so im very well disciplined when it comes to firearm saftey and responsibility. Any help/info on this would be appreciated. Cheers

    Where can I find the list of firearms I can apply for. I previously owed a colt .45 1911a1, .357 ruger magnum, .308 parker hale rifle and a pump action shotgun, back in the day. I left the British army and joined a shooting club. All changed now.

    Do I need to be a club member to get an fac?? I currently have a sgc and shoot on a few farms. I was going to put in for a 22lr. Do I need to join a club first??

    • @wildpursuits9427
      @wildpursuits9427 Před 4 lety +2

      Nope, being a member of a club is an easy way to get approved for target shooting, but if you're after the 22LR for vermin control you already have land that you shoot over so that is reason enough. Just need a letter from the land owner saying you have permission to shoot over their land to provide to the FEO when they have their interview with you before granting your certificate

    • @utoob9248
      @utoob9248 Před 4 lety +1

      Not for the police, but for you yes, you'll have to get their agreement to be referees so that'll the hard part, I'd think carefully because if they contact them and they seem not overly happy then that may sound alarm bells which isn't your fault.

    • @EnglishShooting
      @EnglishShooting  Před 4 lety +1

      Not really but if they are extreme anti-gun you might want to consider if they would sabotage your license or whether they would even agree.
