I will do it, but I will put the yellow part early to frite a bit more, to me is still raw, I know in several Asian countries it is customary to eat the egg yolk like this, almost raw.

Thai people can eat raw egg yolk and There's also famous one side cooked omlet too.

اولا كان يجب ان تقشر الثوم حتى واذا كانت قشرته رقيقة هناك من يكره القشرة
ثانيا :
طريقة الطهي نظيفة جدا
والاكل نظيف
والآواني نظيفة وهذا امر اعجبني كثير
وهو كثيرا يجلب الزبائن ويجلب الاحترام
لأن أكل الشوراع هناك الكثير من الدول لا يحترمون نظافة الاكل او الآواني

That's Thai garlic. Its appearance is smaller than Chinese garlic and is difficult to peel completely. But there will be a soft shell left. But Thai garlic is more fragrant than Chinese garlic
