Thanks for another preview! This variant demonstrates that Shapez has indeed defined a genre. And as any good variant will, this game takes various core aspects of the genre and then adds some new twists that make it a worthy entry in that genre.

I played Shapez 2 demo and liked it as a decent puzzle game that is fairly low-key. This looks like it could be the same. Has some decent challenges and different take as you said. I might pick it up.
I'm really looking forward to the release of Shapez 2. In the meantime, I've been having a lot of fun playing Doodle Factory.

24:53 Oh man, is that color blindness or something like that? Damn, can't say i really know the plights of color blind people, but this looks like a hard game for a condition like this.
Yeah, my issue with colorblindness comes up mainly with gaming. Fortunately, there are some relatively easy fixes developers can make to address the issues.
I can see tens of thousands of different colors and tell them apart, but that still leaves tens of thousands of colors that I'm not perceiving accurately.
@@Glidercat damn, I guess it's part of the norm for you, but for me it's mind-boggling how you have harder time telling orange from green than from yellow. Also, did you figure out there was yet another color (purple) all along?
@@HYBRID_BEING I'm not kidding when i say that shade of Blue looks absolutely identical to that shade of Purple to me. I actually sent the dev a screenshot asking why I wasn't able to trigger the upgrade that requires the purple circles. It's only then that I found out they were Purple.
Basically any color that has any presence of red and/or green in it is going to **potentially** be a problem for me. Amazingly, after playing literally hundreds of games, there's only been a tiny handful where it's been a big problem. Most of the time, viewers will comment "didn't you see it was in red, showing you can't build there?" and that kind of thing. Sometimes, I can even detect the redness, but it doesn't stand out to me as much as it would to someone with normal color vision, so I tend to miss/overlook warnings flashing on the screen.
