hey thanks for this video. i just followed your directions & opened my first coconut! followed your knife directions... emptied the water into my vitamix, followed it w/the meat. i have a sweet tooth, so i added 1/2 pitted date and a few drops of vanilla extract. blended it up and found it was a delicious and refreshing drink!
Worked like a charm. Although I used the large meat cleaver like you show in your mature coconuts video and it worked great! Now I just need to find a smaller ice cream scoop so coconut meat comes out as easy as Johns. Thanks for the video.

Is the coconut meat healthy for you? I have heard it is high in saturated fats but read that they are good fats. Just asking for your info.

This man contradicts himself, but not about coconuts. He says how he likes McDonalds shakes, and later on he says you should eat everything whole and fresh. So why does he drink a toxic chemical coctails at McRotten Ronies, and then proclaim all the ideals of whole and fresh food?
He was eating in McDonalds before he started eating raw food.
