No eggs Raffaello tiramisu recipe | Coconut delight

  • Hey! Today we will make coconut Raffaello tiramisu.
    Ingredients:
    200-250 ml of milk.
    250 g of mascarpone.
    100 g of cream (33-38%).
    100 g of condensed milk.
    70 g of Raffaellos.
    100 g of savoiardi (ladyfingers).
    Grind Raffaellos in a blender.
    Beat the cream with a mixer until thick.
    Add condensed milk, crushed Raffaellos and mascarpone. Beat again with a mixer.
    Dip the savoiardi in milk for 2 seconds and put in the mold.
    Now a layer of cream and savoiardi again.
    Spread the remaining cream and put our tiramisu in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
    Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
    Ready!
