This dessert makes perfect last minute dessert idea, no baking, no waiting to set, just pop it in the fridge to cool down completely and it's ready to serve! When you have no time to bake a cake for a party this is your sign to make these delicious Rafaello desserts!
Perfect dessert table idea for parties and simply with a cup of tea or coffee.

150g vanilla cream wafers
1 heaping tbsp cornstarch
250ml (1 cup) milk
150ml (2/3 cup) condensed milk
25g (1/4 cup) flaked almonds
150ml (2/3 cup) whipping cream
25g (1/4 cup) desiccated coconut
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 Raffaello balls
