Havertz was crafty to draw that penalty. He had time to lift his left leg but dragged it to make the contact. That was up to VAR to decide which they failed again to make the right call. The fact the ref called the penalty, VAR had to back their mate up
These penalties get given all the time. Kane always done this. The player doesn’t have to avoid a leg from a mistimed tackle which is a blatant foul. Keeper didn’t get the ball at all.
