Was never a goalie and played at a decent level as a centre forward but every goalie i came across had a weird obsession with there gloves😂😂 special breed are keepers from elite level down to the lowest levels😂😂
As a goalie who’s played at all sorts of levels for nearly 50 years now we’re all “nutters”. You have to be to want to dive at the feet of some huge centre forward. The best saves I ever made envolved me using my face to stop a certain goal twice. Not out of choice but it stopped the goal. 😂😂😂😂😂
@@neilgibbs3880Was traditionally a forward but had to fill in Goal for half a season when I was around 11 or 12. Terrifying what keepers do, have to have godly courage. Probably the hardest position on the field.
also remember they're expensive! comparable with bots but wear out three times as fast. there's nothing worse than on goalies wearing your gloves,, the latex is always damaged when you get them back
I washed mine the same for years, can’t beat the old lynx Africa. Sells were also my go to gloves but only managed 2 pairs a season

Lads I know you must have some exclusivity sponsorship type arrangement with Spotify but even with Spotify Premium they put multiple ads in the middle of podcasts. Christ on bike!! Shampoo on gloves? 😱😱 i wash mine just under a warm-ish tap water or uder the shower aswell and brush them with a nail brush gently in the same direction and dry them away from heaters or radiators 😅
