- Once again we came to a teppanyaki restaurant serving Miyazaki beefđ The beef was cooked with Miyazaki beef raised on a ranch that has been operated for three generations since the owner-chef's grandfather's generation. The flavor of the meat changed depending on how it was grilled and cut, and it was a magical experience that we could experience anew again and againđȘâš

I will be looking for other farm to table restaurants at the end of this month! We are planning to start a "WAGYU FARM TO TABLE" tour in the summer. If such a tour were to exist, would you and other international tourists be interested in going??
the teppanyaki chef knows how to 'rest' this precious beef đ
Residual heat makes the meat even tastierđ„©âš
I never have been able to understand the use of chopsticks. I know they are traditional for Asians, but they are a very inefficient eating utensil. Just my observation. No harm or insult meant. Loved your video. I love this food. Yummy.
Thank you for your commentđ Even for Japanese people, there are times when they find it difficult to use chopsticksđ± Chopsticks are suitable for eating Japanese food, but I think a knife and fork are fine for teppanyaki.Grandfathers and grandmothers may feel more comfortable using chopsticks.
@@wagyumonster I totally understand. đđ

Meat that is close to rawđâš
The chef changed the way he cooked the meat each time, so I enjoyed many patterns!
