Just now, I'm in an argument with another guy who is saying that this guy is the best cooldown reduction support and can do it at level 50, when koyanskaya existed for years and can do cooldown reduction at level 1, that too by two turns, while also charging battery to 50% . Hell, we got summer ibuki who can also do it at level 50, while providing better damage buffs. It's like people have amnesia or something

Imo, their bandaid is them giving aoe servants damage mods and higher steroids . Compare an aoe servant in jp to ones we have in na: aoe servants now have way higher damage steroids. And with their damage mod active, they will hit "almost like a st"
He is more like a boss killer for challenge quests that have multiple enemies. Like the latest Moriarty CQ in NA for example. There is only one boss, but multiple mobs will present. An AoE servant who can also deal a good amount of damage with his regular card is really handy in this situation. And since he is a Quick Servant, he will produce a lot of stars too with his NP. Before anyone say that Oberon and Koyanskaya can make AoE NP hit REALLY hard and do a better job for that kind of CQ, not everyone have Oberon and Koyanskaya lol.
I love and enjoy playing so much with him it's unreal, been waiting since he appeared in GudaGuda and I am so happy to have him now! Also, the FT OST, perfection ❤❤
The more I look at his kit, the more similar it looks to Super Orion's. Takasugi basically trades about half crit buff value for a better synergy with a full team.

Honestly, looks to me that is because he is AOE and now many rage against servants like that, I mean this game is always throwing waves of enemies even on boss fights, if anything it's impressive that he can destroy mobs and crits.
I hate this dude because of his second skill. Seriously, why can't anyone see that it's just a vanilla crit skill disguised as a modern skill? He has 1 turn longer cooldowns to begin with. The cd reduction is just compensating for that. I call that skill worse than self mod. Plus, i find Zenobia much more reliable at both looping and crit stacking. Yes, she will lose out to him in damage on account of him being a SSR, but i still find her more reliable and she is also permanent

Because of that he is a decent taunt suicide support providing 20% card-color, +1OC and 50%alongside the tic of CD reduction. Also, units with CD reduction always have gimped CDs like Malter, Okuni, SIbuki and even Koyan.

So it's not really like koyanskaya, who is a support with some dps potential. So it's wasteful to use him as an esports unit just based on his first 2 skills. Second, summer ibuki cooldowns aren't gimped at all. Infact, her cooldowns made sense even before the cooldown reduction. She has a 50% battery with stars at 5 turn cd due to the cd reduction. Even her first skill provides attack up, crit up and np gain up on a 6 turn cd without reduction. If a similar skill was on this archer dude, he would have the cooldown at 7 turns. Even his mana burst is only 20%, so the 6 turns without cd reduction is harsh. The problem with him is that, since his cooldowns are longer, it hurts him if you use the cd reduction on anyone else. Doubly so, considering he is a dps

I got him and I'm already tired of using him. But surprisingly, i had great fun using Don Quixote i got as a spook in this banner. Just grailed him to 90. I'm just tired of seeing aoe units. I have been playing jp for 6 months now and the only gold st units i have are my np2 tsuna, np4 huang Feihu and Don Quixote. It is particularly triggering since na just got galatea.
I mean you could have rolled on any of the prior ST units but chose not to when their banners were running. And then you turn around and blame the devs for not releasing ST units that you aren't going to roll on anyways if those are the only ST chars you rolled for.

And yet it is still the classic problem, without Summer BB you cannot guarantee you will get any cards to crit with. And even if you do get cards they might not have enough crit stars. the game would be better if they let each character perform one action every turn and let the player choose that action, be it using a skill(no more cooldowns), attacking, GUARDING, or NPing.
