Because of Fate, I actually started to learn about real life history and mythology. Never thought in my life, at first it was pretty boring but it quickly grew to me that I find it cool now.
Same! I got into history because I wanted to know about Fate servants, now I am a WW2 and alternate history nerd lol
Because of Fate I got into history but more on myths and legends aspect but I'm more interested in the weapons of legend. and because of strike witches, girls und panzer and kancolle for ww2
Those who think anime is all hentai and the not-safe stuff are honestly blind.
It's also an effective medium to learn about history. Hence why Fate is an interesting choice among many despite it's complicated timeline. Which should be the least worrisome part.
@@PurpleHeartE54 Honestly, with how Fate tampered the historical/myth figures, it might poke interest for people to find out their true origin. Not to mention you will get rewarded for doing so since Fate likes to show subtle references to the true origin, either from design or dialogue

FGO is a great albeit hellish experience. Great story and characters after awhile but the gacha is infamously cruel.
It also depends of your own luck. I got many character I wanted, and missed half of those I wanted

Yes. Though it's true the gacha is hellish, but in my experience, I mostly got my must have 5 stars, but of course I don't pay so I only roll for those that is a must of a must. So yah, I mostly got them by luck and I'm happy for that. Hehehe

Yeah I actually started with Fate but what really got me into the series was FGO, and as a result I now end up researching a lot of the legends that come up. Before fate I could probably name like 10 figures at most, now I can name off over a hundred and what they're generally known for. I also research the ones I like.

FGO is a hard game to get into don't go into the game unless you can control yourself but the story is amazing glad you did the trailers
If I’m being honest the game has gotten much better for new players in the past 2 years .
Na and jp are at a point where you really don’t need to roll for characters much since welfares are really good low stars can carry you to the late game, etc
@@amari7782 there are some welfares that you can’t get anymore along with the way how they display the 5 star characters to appeal more to spend money or try and roll but the best part about the game is the amount of reruns they give most of the characters

@@ImaWeebBorther I think their super palingenesis, Command code and append skill are my personal best new addition of the game. Although a pain and waste of resources, it made the low stars still viable to use even in late game so you can actually stick to your low star favorite servant.
Honestly still very impressed until today, despite a lot of better modern gacha games, FGO was still able to try and give balance to power creep and meta shift. Arknights is probably the closest one in doing that.

PV's stand for previews and i think tv-cm's stand for tv commercials. Fate GO is a mobile gacha game. There is currently one arc fully animated which is gilgamesh, there is also movie series about camelot arc and there is first order. Sadly storywise they are releasing it by popularity of each arc. First order is a tutorial arc, babylonia is 7th arc and camelot is the 6th arc. The reason why the song is reused is because it's the theme song of the game

After heavens feel movies you watch fate apocrypha then after that you watch fate grande order which is fate grand order first order(movie) then fate grand order Camelot (2 movies) then fate grand order babaloniya(show) then fate grand order Solomon (movie) there is also a mobile game that is very fun after that watch whatever you want whenever

There's an arcade version that has some beautiful animations, plus each character has their own trailer which shows off their summon animation, some of their moves and their noble phantasm. You could watch those if you're interested
Watching Noble Phantasms would be Fantastic because they are the crystallizations of the legends and myths of the characters.
Fate is a Multiverse. Originally, Fate/Stay Night was an Adult Visual Novel produced by Type-Moon. Then, they made prequel (Fate/Zero), alternate histories, and then alternates of alternates.
It can be confusing, especially with all the Saber faces. Type-Moon likes to keep their female spokes characters looking the same. As a result 30% of all FGO Servants have the same face.

FGO as a game is really good. And that story. Yes it's a lot of reading but man it really hooks you.
The downside is the gacha can be addicting. Specially if your favorite servant is on rate up. It makes you fall in love with the story alone. And past servants you do not know. Do not hate and do not love.
Will suddenly be one of the characters you hate or love just base on the story you have been through.

Been playing FGO a while and I can say wholeheartedly it’s a lot of fun, but I can also say whole-body-mind-and-spirit-ly don’t start playing unless u got money to spare or enough self control to resist spending for waifus. I say this as someone who’s had really great luck all around with my rolls, if u aren’t lucky this game can really damage ur finances if u can’t recognise sunk cost fallacy in urself and stop. (There’s a pity system now so a top price for 1 copy of a limited servant but it’s still ridiculously high)

Fate Grand Order is a game but it also has anime adaptation as well. There are currently four chapter from the game that anime adapt:
Prologue: Fuyuki
5th chapter: Camelot
6th chapter: Babylonia
and Solomon, the final chapter of season 1.
If you want to watch the anime then you must wacth in this exact order (Fuyuki -> Camelot -> Babylonia -> Solomon)
There's also 1st, 2nd, 3th and 4th chapter but they are not adapted yet (still holding the copium) but don't worry, these 4 chapter won't spoil you anything.
If you're curious, yes there is a season 2 which is call Cosmos in the Lostbelt. The plot is 1000% better than ss1.
Camelot and Babylonia are chapter 6 and 7 respectively. The chapters are in order: Fuyuki
Orleans, Septem, Okeanos, London, E Pluribus Unum (America), Camelot, Babylonia, Solomon.
FGO is a VN with a strangely simple complicated fight system that tricks you into spending money. I’ve easily spent 5 hours for every dollar at worst. 13:36 when her base form came out FGO hit number 3 on IOS for revenue

Honestly as long as you have the basic concepts of what fate is, and you have an interest in the game, you should really play FGO. You barely need to know anything about fate to enjoy the game. So if you really want to, you should play until the 7th singularity, and if you don't like the game up to that point you would probably not like the rest of the game.

I always found world history as a boring, but necessary thing to know, but FGO ignited an interest in me for learning about it and mythology as well. So... it's kind of an educational game in a sense.
So you want a list? Okay. This is the correct order to go about things: F/SN VN; F/HA VN. From there you can do whatever you want.
However, I might suggest the following order:
Fate/Zero; Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works, The Garden of Sinners; Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feel; Fate/Extra; Fate/Extra Extella; Fate/Apocrypha; Lord El-Melloi Case Files; Prisma Illya.
Then, if you're willing to walk into Hell smiling like the rest of us: Start Fate/Grand Order. It's free to play with a Gatcha system.

yeah...the game's english version is 5 and a half years old and 99% of the events will never come back again, so...
If you don't want to play the mobile game, there are movies of Singularity F, the 6th singularity, and the final singularity, as well as a show of the 7th singularity. Although I wouldn't recommend the 6th singularity movie, it's still better than nothing

The girl with pink hair, Mashu are designed human child aka Homunculus as the experiment fusing a human and heroic spirits aka Servant to make pseudo servant in first place but from many experiments only Mashu are successful but in the long shot after that she fused with Galahad, one of the round table knights. After the final battle with Solomon in chapter 7, Galahad refuse to lend Mashu power in the lost belt, short story it because Galahad believe Lost belt are human too and refuse to killing another human.
