I can sit in bed, write up notes for the next day and have them put on my samsung fridge for in the morning for me to see. Due to smart things, when I come to my fridge in the morning to get breakfast out, I'll tell my fridge to put the coffee maker on 😅
True but availablity is Samsung's weakness, you can to almost anywhere around the world and find apple products (latest and old), but just try and find Samsung products... that is what's Samsung's weak link

You were very goof until you went all Apple “elitist” by saying someone can do a budget Apple setup by doing refurbished and whatnot. With Samsung you can get in brand new at a lower price point. The difference is Samsung has products for all price points and in the end Apple makes their items an luxury item.
C'mon don't compare Stage Manager with Dex.
Dex is a full-on new UI with a PC appearance, SM is just MULTITASKING. Something available for Android since like 5 years.

I was onboard with this until Chris said Apple's trade ins were unsurpassed. I am able to upgrade to Samsung's flagship phone every year for $500 due to their trade ins. Apple doesn't come close on that front

@@VegasGuy1975 Samsung does, on all of those things. They give much more value for Samsung trade ins versus anything else, which is the same as the Apple model, incentivising staying in the ecosystem. For last generation equipment the trade in will basically halve the price of the new generation item
Actually, I think there is probably a different view here depending on your location. The US is Apple's domestic market and I believe they give deals there (to protect that market) that they don't give elsewhere. I'm in Europe and Samsung is the better trade in option there.

Samsung Dex doesn't need to be plugged into anything. It works wirelessly with any device that has wireless receiving capability.

I used to have samsung from middle school to after high school..Then i switched to apple,i brought alot of stuff for apple. One thing i noticed is that apple wins in the case department.. I have a dresser full of cases. I worked wayyy to hard for all the stuff i have for apple,so basically i will say samsung is a better phone. But i am stuck in the apple eco system for a few more years.
You have to realize how funny this comment is. Come to the present and leave the past. You probably switched to Apple years ago. A lot has happened over the period to come to the present.
Samsung has grown ecosystem-wise.
@@techzolute I made the decision recently to switch after years of college and work. I think as people get older and are no longer in the content creation space, they're way more inclined to give Smasun a go.

And gone be like that for many years. In Europe we use lot of app for msn (whatts, signal, telegram, etc...) US only use iMessage (75%)
In my personal case, I use Macbook´s for work and its great. I hate windows, but Im a Samsung user (S23 Ultra + Tab S9 Ultra, etc...)
Have a smart home by Google etc....
Like the rest of us I find a way to use that with a Mac. Iphone its just not for me.

Every time i return my home i connect my S23+ with a 15 USD dock with HDMI, Ethernet and a wireless key/mouse... using Dex made my life a lot better. Other thing great with Dex is wireless connection and using my Samsung Tab as a Touch screen for drawing on my computer

AppleCare Plus v Samsung Care Plus never got a mention either. I love both phones and I think the S24 Ultra is a better phone but last year when my S23 Ultra broke they had to send it off to assess it and didn’t send me a replacement till 30 day later. They said it’ll only take 5 days. That’s the only reason why I’ll never completely switch to Samsung. My 15 Pro max was replaced on the day I took it to the Apple Store. Not everyone has the luxury of having 2 phones so being without one for 5 days let alone 30 days is horrible feeling. I’m in Australia so Samsung Care Plus experience sucks here.

Again, Samsung has the best trade-in deals. Apple doesn't offer same level of trade-in deals.
I notice that every time a iPhone fanboy does a review about Samsung, and list all the great things Samsung can do that iPhone can't, they all say the same thing, I don't need that, or I would never use that... until they get the feature on iPhone 5 years later. Then they think it's the greatest thing in the world, like bigger screens, always on display, and a multifunction programmable power button. I could go on, but you get the point.😮

I don’t think I’d say Samsung has overpassed Apple, or even that Apple is King. The reality is, an ecosystem is as good as what you’ve been exposed to, what you’ve put time into building. Samsung is an alternative, and those PC/Android gamer die-hard fans are now in a position where they are not missing out.
Bottom line in my opinion there’s probably a dozen phone manufacturers if not more I’m guessing Samsung alone has 15 to 20 different models in a year alone vs Apple only having like 5 ok Samsung and the other android phones have to work on the android platform that being said Apple only 5 a year vs maybe 100 android versions worldwide Apple can focus only on the 5 they have while android has all brands/models to make compatible I was android from day one until a year ago I purchased a 14 Pro Max and am not looking back to going back android anytime soon!! My watch ultra setup was SO much easier vs the galaxy watches love my iPad Pro and my air pods link to it all with no problem and there’s Apple stores nationwide I don’t think Samsung has near the availability of stores either plus Apple has their own customer care that are helpful vs once I had a problem Samsung KNEW was an issue the phone was still in warranty they said if I’d pay them Samsung 100$ for an over the air fix they solve the problem that’s plum messed up!!!!
