He’s not turning face. I’m sure lawyers in the US are as clever as they are in the UK at turning tables and twisting words and statements. Basically he’s saying like Grant, he’s a victim too. His lawyer is playing games with her lawyer who I guess will be a much cheaper and inexperienced lawyer compared to the ones Vince and Johnny Ace have. By saying he too is a victim in this case is their defence as in this case she is described as the victim. It doesn’t mean she is as nobody has been found guilty. The case has a victim and offenders and witnesses, like millions of others so Ace’s lawyer is turning the tables by saying he too is a victim - of a false allegation, not a victim of Vince. Confusing I know but that’s law speak for you. In the UK anyway hence why the judicial process is a joke

Both of those things CAN be true. Claiming to be a victim and agreeing to arbitration is not a conflict. He can take either side in arbitration and keep it out of the public domain.
