I will say, Janel Grant's attorney is losing her focus on the main goal. Calling people out like Cena and the rock who did nothing wrong isn't going to help in the court room.
Vinny Mac did all the nasty stuff, but Janel ain't a victim of SA either because she consented to it. This is more a case related to not getting paid the hush money. Both are guilty to some extent if we look with unbiased eyes. This case in the court can go either way 🤷🏻♂️.

I think if nothing else, the NDA will be the charge Vince loses on. Unless they can conclusively prove Janel broke the NDA, it'll be a matter of a billionaire not paying out money he owes. And it'll be tough to find a jury that's sympathetic to a billionaire who didn't pay out money he owes, even if they believe everything was consensual. And undoubtedly, Vince will want to fight the ruling that he has to pay so there'll be even more lawyer fees. When all is said and done, who knows how much money he'll have spent trying to avoid paying $2 million.
That's the one thing that doesn't make sense. Why did he "agree" to pay her in installments, rather than one shot to just get rid of her? And then not follow through? There is so much more going on here than meets the eye. This woman and the people around her have a huge agenda that needs to unravel.
Not that Vince is innocent in any way, but there is so much else to this.
@@imfreviews If you check the dates things were happening. Vince was already under investigation by the WWE board when the last payment to Grant was due. He couldn't pay it without raising suspicion. Remember, at this time, the WWE board didn't have the actual NDA as Vince hid that from them.

This case is going to go to Arbitration. Seems like it's open and shut, the documents she signed are pretty much legally binding that she has to go to arbitration. If TOS are Ironclad and they all force arbitration, then this is 10x stronger than the TOS most people deal with.
More people should objectively look at things.
@@iceteehehe754 not necessarily. NDA's don't cover criminal activity. She has accused him of several crimes. I'm not saying he's guilty or innocent but it might lead to the NDA being thrown out which would also mean bye bye arbitration.

To date, no charges have been filed by any DA, nor has a grand jury been convened regarding the allegations of sex trafficking. She must comply with the private, sealed arbitration terms, and any potential charges filed by a DA against Vince would be a separate legal issue.

She's alleged to have broken it first by writing a letter to the board and or the media. She wanted this all along to get more that $3m. Saying that the charges are a lie is not a legal basis for compelling arbitration. Compelling arbitration is a small part of what this is about. This is about stating his case publicly and criticizing and insulting Grant with no consequences. Even if she WAS a liar, that would not be cause to compel arbitration. He knows that and his lawyers know that. There's nothing in this statement that has anything to do with whether or not arbitration is called for.
