LMAO!! First time, already doing this... I finally rode the Yamaha Kodiak 400 after working on this project for that last couple of weeks. I strapped my Gopro to my chest and started my test. It was insanely fun and the power ultimately surprised me. Thanks for all the support!! See you tomorrow...

I have one for few years had a lift kit and 32 inch mud tires and I loved it the wheeler was the best one I've ever had

Step 2: Press and hold preset numbers 2 and 3 until a three digit code appears on the radio display. Write this code down.
Step 3: Press the AM/FM button. Your radio will display a second three digit code. Write the second code down. You will now have a six digit code.
Step 4: Call the Chevy Radio Code phone line at 1-800-537-5140.
Step 4: Enter 106010 followed by the # key to direct you to the radio code retrieval system.
Step 5: Enter the six digit code you retrieved in steps 2 and 3 followed by the * key. They must be in order. You will be given a four digit radio code. Write down the radio code.
Step 6: Start your vehicle and turn on the radio. Using the Minute and Hour buttons, enter in the four digit radio code to your stereo system. Press the AM/FM button to unlock your stereo.

Nice vidro bud! I also have yamaha kodiak 400 and i was just driving and stuff and then it happened... Rear axle just broke! Left rear wheel came off and the hub bores was f*cked up. Literally there wasnt any bores left and it was just round pipe. Very big repair coming! Have a nice day!

Yeah, but the radiator has no protection when it's off.. But he can buy an after market brush guard/bull bar for it, and they look much better than that rack it came with.. And they really are pretty cheap..
And in case he reads this, There's a used 1999 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4 Front Brush Guard on ebay for $99, and they have the front skid plates that keep sticks and things from going up from the bottom into the radiator for like $15..

I just realized you are in Buffalo- Or Tonawanda? I was raised in Buffalo. My parents live in Allentown (Downtown) Years ago I lived in Lancaster/Depew area which we worked on machines all the time. I remember mini-bikes at night in the winter (On the ice) traveling down Cayuga Creek.
All you need is paint, a light bar, and maybe a winch. Good to see you finally got it going. So is the KTM running? Last you showed it died in the woods and you had to get it with a tractor.
Hopefully you are going to install some bright lights on it!

the difference between todays and yesteryears horsepower is that hp of old would come on at a lower rpm resulting in more torque at the same hp making it feel stronger. kinda like a 300hp 4 banger that you have to rev to 8k to make power vs a v8 making same hp at 5k.
