It's not like we're talking about a 10k investment here, it's pretty cheap. It can likely flipped for about the same price (so basically no loss) since it's finished depreciating. ...and it pays for itself via YT - he makes a living doing projects for his YT audience (us). On one hand it's a heap but on the other hand this heap is a heap of potential fixes to show us and gain many views / subs!

If that's all you took from my response then you completely missed the point..
The point is that fixing heaps like this is what puts food on the table, so to speak. He doesn't make enough on the flip to make much $ - just makes the same from that as you, me, or anybody else. His $ comes from YT, from people watching ads. YT is his full time career. It's not a simple fix & flip, the purchase is MUCH more than just a car to flip, it's potential content for his channel which will bring in $. He has no reason to buy a perfect condition car - even if he could flip it for more. That's not where he makes his money.

Frame fix is simple - cut bad section out and weld new piece of tubing in. I'm sure you already know this, but you could even get a tube ID that goes over the factory OD and weld the joints with three beads. Pretty, no...but it will be dang solid!

As far as the dodge speedo goes; I have an early 07 3500 still with the 5.9 common rail, and ran into the "gauge flutter" on my tach.
The fix was to remove the gauge cluster and go through all your solder points on the board and heat them up to fix and cold solder points. As the truck bounces that circuit board flexes and breaks the contact. Thats a large reason why the gauges just drop suddenly then come back to life.
Try it anyway. its a free fix if it works.

My dad bought the same part for his F350 ford power stroke because he can’t find the short in the wiering and his battery would be dead the next morning so he put that on and every night he would unhook it and it would kill the power lol it was a very very smart idea for whoever built that part

I've had same thing happen when I bought a atv only difference with mine is guy shoved paper towel in side case to prevent oil from leaking out frame was broke 4 different spots and a arms broke just to say I scrapped the p.o.s only spent 65 on it lol

u should put a pipe that inside same size as frame drill holes in the sleeve weld both ends and fill the drill holes sand, prep and paint video well done

It's just a seat cover, depending how bad the seat was before they fitted it and how good a job they did will dictate the result.
