Imagine the payroll needed for upkeep. Landscaping, home maintenance, security, chefs, electricians, tax advisors, ect. Just that would be over 1 million per year. Then there is property tax, which has recently gone up, and mortgage rates have gone up, and on and on.
If the house cost 30 million, you would need to have at least 100 million in your account to be an eligible buyer.
