This was so great to see! I saw this movie at a local independent theater with NO prep, just walked in, read the titles, bought a ticket at random. It ended up being my favorite movie going experience of all time. If you have a little indie theater nearby, definitely keep an eye out, and catch a midnight showing if you can.

Perhaps a little late, if your going to react to the Raid 2 at some point, I also recommend "Re:Born" which is considered a spiritua sucessor to the Raid 2 and "The Night Comes for Us" with some of the similar cast from the Raid 2

The 2012 Judge Dredd movie was heavily inspired by this film, you might enjoy it too.

Indonesian martial art movies....hmmm , beside Raid 2 there's "The night comes for us". Starring by Joe Taslim ( sgt.Jaka on Raid redemption )as the protagonist. Another one is "Head shot", starring by Iko Uwais ( Rama on The Raid and Raid 2 ). But better to watch Raid 2 first...
