Well done mate. Books are basically mini courses , goes to show the value. I’d question how much more you may have achieved with a mentor 🤔
@@SamuelLeeds I agree, a mentor most probably would have helped me achieve more, but I’m happy with what I’ve got. I actually think a personal mentor can be great.
I just don’t agree with paying big money for courses when you can teach yourself everything for free via online content. There’s no secret information out there that you can only find in courses.

the challenge is samuel is people are so scared of failiure brainwashed and amune to get a job and stay poor there simply isnt enough people luike you to grab us by the hand and help us do it and fear being rippped off
Samuel is very good at explaining things in great detail and so you can see things from different perspective. Everything is a risk and yes you can win but you can also lose. The secret sauce is to educate yourself and do research etc and go for it. Its easy to criticize , get up and start doing, All naysayers who come here and write negative comments are losers

I met a guy over the weekend, he never been on a property course he bought 4 properties last year all BMV. And he uses a strategy I never heard of before. He is a finance guy and a very intelligent guy. I asked him how he learnt, his being watching CZcams.

I'm a general investor. Have a lot of money in property. I have less in the stock market. But increasingly the stock market is a better and less risky investment. When talking about risk it's always sensible to have a balanced portfolio of investments so I'll always have money in property. But there's certainly way more risk in it these days which makes it a worse investment than the stock market in my opinion.
Every business is risky 😂😂😂 so is relationships and investing.
Crossing the road is risky, eat chicken is risky, flying on a plane is risky, driving a car is risky. But you never know if you don't try.
