- In this episode of Winners on a Wednesday, Samuel interviews Steven Rich, a remarkable developer who has achieved so much at the age of 21. Steven's property businesses consistently turnover £40,000 per month with a fantastic 35% profit margin. This has all been accomplished within 12 months of dropping out of university studying mechanical engineering.
Having just completed an enormous hotel investment, Samuel speaks with Steven about the strategies he used to finance the deal, the risks he took, and of course, the profit he is looking to make.

How can you buy a hotel at the Auction for nothing
I love to watch the winners on Wednesday. Lots of gold nuggets 👍
Hi Samuel, There's nothing wrong with going to Uni AND becoming a property entrepreneur. It's a matter of choice and expanding your options. I chose to get my degree and do property education. I have not regretted it, and my property business has benefitted from both experiences. Enjoy your content, but this repeated narrative about Uni versus getting property education is getting a little tiresome..
I agree with both sides of this - it is up to the person to decide what they want. For you it was best to get the degree and get into property which is amazing, for myself it was best to leave that environment and jump straight in!
Well done
Do you have to be over the age of 18 to go to the crash course or can 16 year olds go ?
What a surname RICH ❤
Ahaha if you say it enough times apparently it becomes true
Lets GO!!! Steve the Goat!!!
Well done Steve my brother, keep smashing it

Wow!! Still super appreciative that I was asked to tell my story on Winners on a Wednesday!! Thank you Samuel for the training and the opportunities 🙌
LETS GO STEVEN
1:37min A Family relative got into property....and gave me the money while discussing a deal. There, I saved you 37 mins of time.
I was meaning to say someone with a loose relation to the family (family friend) - no blood connection. I hadn’t heard their name until I was 20 and got into property so not in the family.
No one gave me the money - the finance is on a loan basis with a monthly interest payment.
@@steven_rich well done 👏
Short-term renters are leaches of communities. Sell your single family homes to real people and get out of the landlord business. Most despicable career there is these days
