- The new Parapera Aeras frame is a dream made of carbon for every gravel biker looking for speed. The Parapera Aeros Gravelbike carbon frameset offers with integrated cable routing and low weight the perfect basis for a Road Bike Channel Dreambuild video. For the bike build we only used the best parts from Campagnolo, Rennstahl, Parapera, Schwalbe and Selle Italia. The lightweight 12 speed Campagnolo Super Record EPS roadbike drivetrain offers a wide range of gears and electronic shifting. Campagnolo Super Record disc brakes are a must on this dream bike. Fast rolling Schwalbe G One Gravel tires spin around the Campagnolo Bora WTO carbon wheels. The Parapera Aeras is a fast Bike for Speed Gravel and Road Plus. It is light and efficient thanks to its aerodynamic frame. In the Dreambuild video you can see step by step how the extremely light Parapera Aeras Aero gravelbike is built
The Parapera brand was only launched in 2021, but can fall back on decades of experience in the construction of high-quality steel (Rennstahl) and titanium frames (Falkenjagd). Years of development have gone into the current Parapera Areas carbon gravel bike. Parapera has already received the RED DOT Design Award. You can find more information on the homepages:

Campagnolo Super Record EPS 12 V 🔝🔝🔝👍
GOOD MORNING FROM GREECE! NICE JOB.. ;]
Thanks a lot! 🤗
Wow, what a beautiful bike.
That's a nice looking Winspace SLC 2.0
SLC is way nicer than this IMO
piece of art.
Great build!
However, I am getting confused by the bike industry and their marketing gibberish.
Aero Gravelbike is the title. But what are the actual aero features of the bike? The downtube is kinda aero looking. Round seattube, round seatstays, round handlebar etc.
Is one non-round tube all it takes to market a bike as aero nowadays? Deep section wheels could be mounted on any other bike and it would be at least as aero as this one.
And I find it more appropriate to call it an Allroad bike (they mention it on their website that it is meant for allroad) or simply, endurance bike.
My current endurance bike with 38mm tires has a longer wheelbase and more relaxed geometry than this one.
And while you can ride gravel on 30mm tires, is this then really a gravel bike, or a disguised endurance bike?
It doesn't even have a gravel groupset.
And the RED DOT Design Award basically means nothing at this point, because almost every new product has it.
This rant was oriented to the bike manufacturer, not to this channel, I enjoy your build videos and keep up the good work!
I thought the same bro
@@laurenz323 the zip ties too lol.
i don't think many would take this frame out on gravel and with a Campy Record Groupset >___> Gravel, I think not !
Buen Ensamblaje.
Sweet looking bike in fairness!!! But not my cup of tea!!
Funny that Strava, Aurum Bikes (Alberto Contador) and Parapera use the exact same logo (mountain with alpha shape)... no ideas left??
Not exact the same, but yes indeed! ^^ Seams to be a very uninspired logo. ... or maybe it has something to do with illuminati?! △ ;-)
@@BH.22. it is indeed this type of symbol...
Which grease you're using Motorex2000 or Castrol LMX or something completely different? :-) Greetings Ben
We're using the Shimano Premium grease for pretty much everything.
@@roadbikechannel Very interesting, thanks alot! A good grease aswell! :-) Cheers Ben
5:09 nice zip ties! lol
There is another option with rubber bands you can use in combination with a Garmin mount. Compared to Shimano and Sram Campa has quite some catching up to do...😅
@@roadbikechannel why not use the bar end junction?
@@Bradbajc Thinking the same Brad, if not fully integrated ( a whole other debate) at least hide that ugly jcn box!
Please set a time mark for just the build! I get that loads of people want to see the weights of every nut and bolt but as I’m just here for the builds it’s really boring to sit through. it’d make it loads better if I could just see exactly where to skip to.
sorry we missed that on this video, normally we do🙈 thanks for the reminder👍
Andreas sagte immer er bräuchte alle Teile selbst. Wie kommt ihr dann an alle Einzelteile ran?
Die Teile bzw das komplette Bike ist ein privates Rad von Andreas das wir für ihn aufbauen durften. 🤗
Porker! 😜
She ain't a lightweight
It shocks me that people would buy a new bike with non integrated cable routing in 2021
on the pro side, maintenance is a LOT easier. Integrated is a cleaner for sure, but try flipping a stem or swapping a bar and your pretty much fckd 🙈
@@roadbikechannel That's fair, but I doubt the average person is constantly flipping their stem or swapping bars. I'd argue that for 90+% of people, the aesthetic advantage alone hugely outweigh every con, and that's without bringing aero into it.
Are you aware that aero gains are irrelevant in this case, unless you're a Pro rider? On the other hand, as RBC states, any kind of maintenance is a pain once every single cable goes undercover.
@@unairamos74 It's literally marketed as an aero bike lmao
@@NeutralGenericUser yes... nearly 8 kg with pedals!
