    This video is so beneficial and much appreciated! So glad I stumbled across it! Thank you girl blessings!😊 I just started belly breathing, Self-Care everyday at a certain time where I can be alone and prayer meditation has helped my mental health quite a bit!

    I'm sure that there is good advice here. I just searched for HOLISTIC WELLNESS and this popped up.
    Even more so, I think that we need to go back to what our grandparents did. My grandma had a home remedy solution for everything. Things like chiropractic care, and taking your vitamins, should probably be important, too. I need to get back on track with taking a multivitamin and drinking enough water everyday. It's helped me before.

      Just don’t take a multivitamin. Get blood work done, see what you’re lacking (Most people Vitamin D) and than supplement it. Drinking enough water should be the absolute minimum actually. Don’t drink sodas. Tea, Water - nothing more.

    Love this! So key to approach our health as the interconnected beings we are! My favorite tool for holistic living is using frequency technology called the AO Scan. Have you tried it yet Dr. Tara? It scans, optimizes, creates full body reports, customized sound therapy, color therapy and has a supplement library to see what's most in resonance to take that day.
