Distilled water gives you a factory reset on your drinking water. You can add back in the minerals you prefer very easily. This is how the Navy made drinking water for decades. And that carbon filter is a backstop for any particulate carried over from the distilling process to give you a particulate free final product. Very insightful, thanks for the presentation.
