Its gonna be a great series.
I heard Vasilivakiy was better than Bob, and Swayman was the best goalie in the playoffs before Round 2. Bob’s stats aren’t good because the Panthers don’t give up shots, but he’s been as good as he’s had to be, and he will be this series. Forwards for the Panthers are better, especially up the middle. Rangers have a slight edge in defense and coaching is a push between the two old dogs. I’m a fan, so take it with a grain of salt, but I have Panthers in 7.

Somehow these analyst forget Anton Lundell everytime. 3rd season in NHL and was last year top 4 player in Panthers because injuries. It’s like mini Barkov or Bergeron, but small hockey market and nobody gives that attention. After Bennet injury he has been playing with Tkatchuk very well.
Obviously it will be the Rangers. In how many games? Doesn't matter. They'll win regardless of the number it takes them to do it. Why? Because I'm a Ranger fan and I said so. Only one team each year is the team of destiny, and this year that team is the NY Rangers. Sorry Panthers, you're a very good hockey club, but that's just the way it is. We will WIN the series and we are going all the way. The Cup is ours. Not even a doubt...

I don’t think either team expects an easy series.
So far Rangers seem destined. They’ve been underestimated all year and still considered the underdogs for some reason. It won’t be easy but they will pull through.

He said at the start that he thinks the betting favourite will be Florida. Which isn’t surprising since they picked Carolina to win the cup, they obviously haven’t watched any Rangers games this year. Rangers should’ve been the hands down favourite to win the cup this year.

As a Ranger fan I agree. Our D is good not great. We do however have great defensive minded forwards that tend to mask those flaws.

NYR stats are inflated by essentially playing a non playoff team in Washington. FLA has scored more goals against much better competition and Fla will play to beat NYR to a pulp. Nobodys afraid of Rempe. If he wants to give FLA a bunch of PPs we'll take them. Bob and Igor are very close and again Igors numbers benefit from playing Washington.
