Citizenship is supposed to be the measuring stick, and we are being taken away from citizenship into meaningless tribal views that has nothing except accusations of not being of the tribe.

That already exists in the way you imagined it. They recently rewrote the Roald Dahl books to remove all the "unacceptable for modern standards" parts of the stories. They are moving on to other famous childrens authors like Enid Blyton, Dr Seuss and C.S Lewis. Libraries and Schools in the UK and USA are being told to remove old copies of these authors books and replace them with the new versions. It is beyond disgusting what they are doing to literature and is a crime as far as I am concerned.

Its like dude, it was the first F.F. game in decades where you couldn't ride a Chocobo, the series mascot. Then Re birth comes out and not only reintroduces censorship but attempts to sardine in disk one and attempt to 'answer all the problems' that Re make gave us. That’s what this situation feels like to me.
