At 16:13 Thranduil should have rolled 5 dice. The extra sword increases his attacks to 3 and grants him +1 attack while not mounted (that is, he has 4 attacks base) in addition to the Bladelord special rule. Since Thranduil is engaged with 2 orcs, he gets 1 extra attack to a total of 5. :) Edit: an explanation this long wasn't needed clearly as the very next combat Thranduil had 5 dice thrown. Also, I really really enjoyed the battle report! Loved the way movement phase was handled. Great atmosphere between the players too. Camerawork was also top notch; I especially liked the little movements and zooms and such to emphasize in-the-ways etc. Excellent job to all involved!
Hey mate, thanks for keeping us honest! we have all been playing for a while so we find ourselves playing without using the books but its good to be reminded particularly if we bugger up an interaction. I have a question: When a evil model shoots into combat, they throw a D6 to see who they hit. Do I then take a To Wound roll to see who I kill? or are they slain on the D6 roll? Also if you get two hits on a combat with a spear support will both models be slain (2 evil w/spear vs 2 good w/ spear) or does only one get slain on the two dice rolled? I hope that make sense. Can spear supporters get slain in combat? Thanks for the help in advance. I'm trying to learn the game. It's great fun but, I need to know some more specific rules as the situations occur.
The order is as follows, if im not mistaken: -D6 if you hit in general (shoot value) -D6 if in the way (see chart for in the way) -D6 good or evil (1-3 evil, 4-6 good) -D6 mount or rider -D6 to wound And you can only wound the models in direct combat not supporting models. Not 100% sure about this one tho
